That's wonderful. Juke should add that to his signature.

Well, at least Cowboy fans cannot be accused of being bandwagoners any longer.

Who cares? We can't win every year and we had to re build.....
You were too young to appreciate the Cowboys dynasty, but you should care.

It's only the injuries, guys. It's only the injuries - apparently 13 years worth.

don't tell me what I'm to young for....how about you get over it and realize after the dynasty we have to rebuild.....in the past 12 years we went to playoffs what 3 o 4 times? Let's be realistic for half a second....

Only two seasons did this apply, 1996 (when we still won a playoff game) and 1999 when Irvin's career was ended and so was Moose's and Deion's turf toe would not heal, every other year injuries just compounded the misery:

Joey Galloway
Troy Aikman
Rocket Ismail
David LaFleur
Deion Sanders
Terry Glenn
Blah Blah Blah

1997: 6-10
1998: 10-6 Lost Wildcard
1999: 8-8 Lost Wildcard
2000: 5-11
2001: 5-11
2002: 5-11
2003: 10-6 Lost Wildcard
2004: 6-10
2005: 9-7
2006: 9-7 Lost Wildcard
2007: 13-3 Lost Divisional Playoff
2008: 9-7

Obviously, watching football at 8 years old and 18 is a different story. I think I know how the game goes. You can say rebuild, but there were some poor decisons by one Jerry Jones that prolonged the despair. Plus, today you can be bad one year and good the next. I know how many times we went. In 1998, 99, 03, 06, 07. I am just showing wins by our divsison. FYI - I am realistic, see my username!

The problem has been that instead of Walker trades we've been screwed by trades: Joey Galloway cost us two first rounders that were both pro bowlers for Seattle and played in a Super Bowl.

A third rounder for Drew Hensen.

Fasano and Ayodele for a fourth round pick was a screw up.

Roy Williams for a first round pick and other draft choices this coming year.

All those together pretty much amount to the Anti-Walker trade and thus a generation of Cowboy football has been mediocre.

Just as the Walker trade propelled Dallas to a decade worth of greatness the trades between 2000-2008 have doomed the team to mediocrity.

Uhh, make that six or even twelve times over.

So how long did it take us to win from our 2nd super victory till our 3rd?

means nothing. different times, era, mindset.

We will miss the blown opportunity that was 2007 more and more because there are no givens.
