The Giants got away with PI twice in the first quarter, any comments on that?

Also I loved hearing Collinsworth go from saying "There was no way that was PI" to saying "Well, it was PI but normally you have to do more than that for it to be called".

I can think of 3 plays where we got screwed off of the top of my head:

1) Dez was held down by the DB. Pass Interference should have been called, so that's a wash on the phantom call.

2) The Street interception. Romo was blocked in the back. Should have been 10 yards from the spot of the foul which would have put the ball on the 15 instead of the 1. They don't score a TD from the 15.

3) Late hit on Romo final drive. Should have given us another 15 yards and stopped the clock.

Also, every team in the league is getting these responses from the league. Unless I'm mistaken teams send in plays for review after every game and then get back the results from the league. The only difference is that some teams try to make the results public - usually after a loss. It's strictly a CYA move by the coaching staff of the Giants. Easier to play the victim than admit you were beat fairly.

I suspect that the NFL doesn't comment on call not made, unless specifically asked to do so. It's probably only calls that are made or reviewed etc. Just my guess.

The late hit non call against Romo was abysmal. Not sure how that wasn't spotted. Imagine if that had been Peyton Manning?

Yep, the low-class organizations do it. Lions did it last year.

Exactly. And then Mickey Spagnola got a copy of their report to the Cowboys where they admitted mistakes made against us. And I remember them talking about it and mentioning that every team does it. Many times it's for clarification, if a penalty was called against them they want to know if it was correct and what the reasoning was.

This is exactly the case. The Cowboys likely reported the missed/bad calls in their favor as well, but they did not issue a public statement over it. Let them ignore the fact that had the Cowboys not turned the ball over several times, they wouldn't even have been in the game.
