Aah!! Thank you for this. Now it makes sense. But like Apple, I would take that as an insult. After paying 2.5 billion, no one is going to tell me they're worried about maximizing someone else's viewership. I want to maximize mine, so I'm out.

I don't have, and I've never owned an Apple product. But I applaud them for this.

I had DIrect TV while in NY for about 23 years, always bargained for Sunday Ticket for about $50 which was a bargain. Gave it up when we moved to FL 3 years ago. Most games have been on this year so far, when they are not I use Streameast, the picture quality is usually outstanding. I do not see YouTube being willing to bargain on the Sunday package unfortunately.

Here's my hope. You tube charges like 20 bucks to watch a game out of market. I'll do it for the 2-3 games I don't get. No biggy to me. But I'm not paying 400 bucks for this current product.

I agree with this. I live in Orlando and have only had one game not on Hulu Live and that was the Texans.

I’ll get the Eagles game, the Titans as it’s on Thursday. I’m sure Dallas and Washington will be televised and then the playoff game.

So I have had to stream 1 maybe 2 games tops.
Great.

That’ll be 600$ please.

Wow after almost 20 years I’ll miss it on Direct TV. I’m not familiar with streaming on YouTube . Will I get it in all of my TV’s already have a Genie for Direct TV? I doubt it and this will probably be the end for me with Sunday Ticket. Sad day ..

Awesome so if my Internet Is down I cant watch games. Ridiculous

Years from now this post will be so funny. I think of it like a guy back in the early 1940's getting mad that they are putting games on TV. "why would I want to stay home and watch a game, what happens if my power goes out."

I have had Youtube TV over the last 2 years and it's very good. I live in Montana where our internet isn't to the levels most of you are at, but I've never had a single issue watching any sports or show since I've had it. If you don't have a smart TV you can use a Roku stick. ( I believe they are around $20 ).
