$200?? of course it is. My timing is always awesome. I purchased one of the original satellite dishes in the 1980s to watch games. I paid $3000 for it and it was like a flying saucer. Two years later, the dishes were smaller and less than half the price. a few years after than mine was obsolete. ten years ago, I purchased the best plasma on the market. two years later it was obsolete. Two years ago I bought a 77 inch LG OLED TV and paid $4200. It is now $3600 at best buy. SMH. my timing always sucks.

You can get this for $20 and it will do the job:

Basel on what? The fact that Google is an egregious data thief and Apple dropped out because they didn't want to charge the mandatory $300?

It is an egregious rumor that Apple did not want to charge $300 LOL. Also, personally I do not own an Apple TV device or subscribe to Apple TV, so I would have had to upgrade something to get The Ticket. And you do not think Apple mines your data? Your finger prints, your face? LOL

Well, if it was raining, your satellite would go out. My internet is way more reliable than my last satellite TV provider.

same here easily….in the northeast the satellite can go from heavy rain, heavy wind, ice. It happens semi frequently even if only for an hour or so.

in the 15 years living in my house I’ve had much much less issues with my internet

Amazon’s streaming quality has been average to downright bad at times, for me at least
Ive not had a single issue with Netflix, Amazon, Youtube.... it looks no difference than a network on a rooftop antenna.

Yeah, all my cars are paid off. I'm not paying 400 for anything else that doesn't include multiple women.
Make sure that mw deal falls under the "Baskin Robbins" plan = 31 "flavors"

Not sure but they HAVE to charge customers at least the same amount as DirecTV, can't be cheaper.....NFL mandatory. It's the reason Apple dropped out.....they wanted to offer to customers for less but NFL would not allow it. They are concerned about other networks losing viewership. So my guess is the cost will be the same or slightly more BUT way more flexible viewing options/packages.

How does the cost of the ticket impact on networks? The ticket shows games outside of the local viewing area.... how does the cost of the ticket have any impact on the local viewing area? Your local team will not be on the sunday ticket broadcast.

Same for me. About 20 years ago I was an NFL junkie. I would have paid whatever it cost. But I couldn't without switching to DTV. That wasn't going to happen. The product has devolved to the point where there is no way I'm paying that kind of money for it any longer. That's just my opinion.

I've been watching football since the 70s. I'd say since about 2010 it has taken a turn for the worst. But like I said. Just my opinion.

The product has devolved????? You talking the NFL product or the Sunday Ticket itself?

The mandatory price isn't the only reason Apple dropped out but it was one of them. The NFL also precludes its partners from distributing its product on future platforms and Apple wanted the freedom to distribute the NFL in AR in the future. I'm sure Apple uses customer data but unlike Google Apple makes its money selling actual products. Unlike Apple, Google is an advertisement company that makes its money selling user data.

I'll need to pick a watering hole and make sure they are subscribing to it in case I can't get it.

Wow after almost 20 years I’ll miss it on Direct TV. I’m not familiar with streaming on YouTube . Will I get it in all of my TV’s already have a Genie for Direct TV? I doubt it and this will probably be the end for me with Sunday Ticket. Sad day ..
You will simply log into your youtube account and bam.... simple. Get a firestick from amazon is likely an easy route for you. You can probably get a 4k firestick for 29.99 during Christmas or right after.

If you have Amazon, just purchase a firestick. Connect to the app through that. It's real easy. I have a couple of older flat screens that aren't smart TVs. Two firesticks and voila.. Insta-smart.
It is how I watch 4 games at the same time today.... with no sunday ticket:)

YouTube is going to make us agree to a two year contract just to have the right to pay $400 plus for the football package.:facepalm:
They might have choose your game exclusive. And not have to purchase the entire package. I think this is nothing but positive.
