His words are meaningless.

He has no choice. If he didn't like his WR he has to keep his mouth shut and share the company line.

If he begins criticizing the quality and abilities of the WR corps he has watch the entire team collapse in the middle of training camp and Dallas end up with one of the first three draft picks as team mates decide to quit on the team before the pre-season starts.

He doesn't draft, he doesn't scout, and he certainly doesn't pay the salaries. All he can do is work and support the players who are in the locker room. Anything less and he would truly be a useless leader and QB.

I don't think this WR corp is going to scare any defensive coordinator, but that is the WR coach, the DC and HC coach's responsibility to point out the lack of talent. If they do want more resources and we can't make it happen that is Will McClay's fault IMO.

Dak has no say in this other than to publicly say he has confidence in the players he is suiting up with for battle.

Aaron Rodgers is a great, great quarterback who's better than Dak....

Okay tell you what...let's start over.

Here is my stance..and always has been. I have said these things many times.

1) I wanted Romo to come in when he was fully healed.
2) Dak did a GREAT job running the 2016 team. I understand why they stuck with him.
3) Dak is good enough to win
4) I wish we would play as well agsint non-NFCE teams as we do NFCE
5) The defense has messed us up as much as anyone
6) I think Dak is good enough for us to win
7) I hate Kellen Moore- he better figure out the run game right quick
8) I am okay with Dak as our QB, he's good enough for us to win.

I hope this settles my view on Dak.

So what do you think was the biggest factor in the playoff game for the low scoring...Was it Dak? I mean there are plenty of choices for you on this one..or is it easier just to lay the blame on your most posted about player and be done with it? Again sure Dak was part of the problem but you would need to ignore huge problems all over the offense that day to say "It was the QB"
