So I feel the directive this year was “smash mouth” guys. I get it. I just feel awkward about the picks. Though our 3rd pick may be my favs

Several others have him in the fourth.

This is a reach.

Kiper had him at 94. He's not that big of a reach as some think.

I seen eevery game Overshown played. He was always around the ball.

This franchise will never contend seriously until they put a premium on the lines. I am sick and tired of drafting flashy players that don't do while we have GIANT HOLES at LG.

This is by far our worst pick , and that's saying something.

How so? Mazi Smith and Overshown are excellent picks. I'd say this is probably about average. Not the best, but certainly not the worst. Our defence is complete. So, there's that.

Y’all are crazy. I’m a die hard Texas fan. Overshown was a hell of a player for us. This is a great pick at this point in the Draft. Kid is a heat-sealing missile.

Me too but can he play with the bigger and faster men? I think he will get pushed around easily….IDK anymore……time to drink heavily

Yeah, saying it was a big reach is pretty ridiculous.

Now would I have taken a LB there over an OG? Nope.

I’m not sure why it’s weird, LB is a position we desperately need depth. LVE is not a guarantee to play a full season

I get it . I’m just figuring our “theme” of tough guys in draft and I’m not sure if plan sound. He’s actually my fave pick
