Maybe if they had more possessions via the defense getting 3 and out they would have got some offense going you know like they did in the second half.

Right before that last eagles drive, what happened? The bears defense got the ball back for their offense, and gave them the ball with a chance to get the lead in the 4th quarter. What did their offense do? Gain 11 yards and punt.

but yeah it’s all the defenses fault in a game their offense scores 14 points against a WEAK eagles defense.

Nobody is making excuses. You’re literally just taking one drive of the entire game into account and using that as a reason to “blame” their defense for the loss. When it’s a 60 minute game and the Bears offense was a freaking embarrassment for the large majority of it.

that’s nonsense.

bears defense allowed 22 points. Their offense only scored 14. 14 points doesn’t normally get it done in the NFL. Period. That’s why the bears lost.

Colts should have won with a back up QB in the middle of the game against Steelers, who are also playing a back up QB.

the bears defense got a stop right before that. The bears offense did nothing with it. But let’s forget that....

Bears defense couldn't get a stop when it mattered most even when eagles had numerous 3rd and very long.
