He's just a smart QB. He takes no risks, just does what he has to do, and rarely makes mistakes. He throws the ball away when he's in trouble, takes the sack instead of fumbling or doing too much. Scrambles then gets down to stay away from injuries.

He's more than a game manager, the guy has an extremely high football IQ and makes winning plays. He's not a stat machine but he's a flat out leader.

I think GB may be in for a long year. Rodgers looks very pedestrian behind that ragged OL. And they were thin before and today's injury made them even thinner.

Bennett didn't wan't minimal money on a long term deal. He only accepted minimal money, if $4.8 million can be considered minimal as part of a one year contract and the chance to again test free agency. Seattle now got him on a big money deal. It would have cost Dallas big money to sign him to a long term deal.

I didn't really like Seattle because I thought their defense was dominate because the officials were allowing them to mug WRs all the way down the field. Well, either the league was all talk about the illegal contact penalties or Seattle is simply good enough to adjust and still dominate. If that's case, this season all comes down to how healthy they stay because injuries are all that can take this team down.
