Just another example of the incompetency of both the officials and the NFL

This was always against the rules; and yet they have to be reminded?

And it reflects on the NFL as being the only professional sports league in the world without full time professional officials

So a bug flies onto the field a yard away from the holder...official throws a flag, stating it was a marker.....for Dallas....

For TB ..... Brady brings a tee onto the field and places for the K ... officials look right at it, blows the whistle ready for play...

book it.

I hate kickers, doesn't surprise me a bit they're a bunch of cheating scoundrels. I think the refs should be allowed to make them bend over and spread it, like they do in prison, to make sure they're not sneaking these "foreign objects" onto the field.

I think when kickers miss a PAT, the entire line that blocked for them should be allowed to beat hell out of them. Show them the importance of one point.
Hostile is that you?

So the spotter on a field goal brought a tee onto the field with him?

Oh gee, Mr.Ref we didn't kick off of that. We just brought it the mark the wind direction.
But there's flags at the top of the goal post.
Instead of placing the ball on the tee as designed they were using a holder on kickoffs to place the ball on a raised part on the back of the tee which helped the kicker get a lot of height on the ball, and to drop it in inside the ten forcing a catch and a runback. More like a punt than a kickoff but without the fair catch option.

I can't believe Belichick didn't figure that out years ago.

..what..!! ..lol.. like what? What can you possibly hide as foreign objects?

They brought this up, because either in college or NFL someone tried trickery.

But this guidance isn't about kickoffs, it's about FGs and XPs.

Let me try to hide link it instead. Maybe the new upgrade did something. Click HERE.
Yea, works now, this is interesting. I wonder how long this has been going on and if it's part of the reason 55+ yard fgs seam to be normal now. That object is hard to spot
