He also got to sit and watch for a year.

I've got to think he's more educated about the position than at any other point in his career.
Im starting to get feeling that BOTH RGIII and Manziel could end up here.

Manziel would be worth the addition as a 3rd QB if you ask me and between the 2..

QB suddenly becomes a huge strength at a very reasonable cost .

Leaving the #4 pick to be traded for more picks.

Just my take on it.

I don't think we touch RGIII after his latest ordeal. The bad press we took from signing Hardy would be even worse if we do it all over again.

I don't know what world having Manziel and RGIII as back-ups makes the QB position a strength, but it's not this one.

Allegedly beating a woman and being a bad QB are dramatically different.

People need to stop relating everything back to Hardy. His issues have absolutely no bearing on signing RGIII or not.

I see three possible starting opportunities for him:

Houston

LA Rams

Denver

Denver needs to resign Osweiler and not play with fire. I don't think RGIII could beat out Osweiler if he went there. I think Houston is his only real chance to start and that's just because their QB position is a dumpster fire. They should be doing everything they can to get one of the top 3 QB's in this draft.

Just imagine what they would give up to jump that high

Last time we had a young vet and drafted a young QB it was when we had both Walsh and Aikmen the only thing is we didn't have a Romo like Vet in 1989

There is no reason to believe that Tony Romo will stay healthy, considering the issues he has had the past 5-6 seasons. RGIII would have a legitimate shot at starting a lot of games.

I agree, there is no way they sign him and draft a QB with the #4 pick overall. I suppose there is a chance they decide to pass on drafting a QB and go defense or even RB with the pick. They get a backup that is pretty young and a legitimate franchise back.

However, if it were me, I would go with taking the QB in the draft. I just don't see a rosy relationship between Garrett and Griffin for some reason. I think Garrett wants to cultivate his own guy.

Griffin hasn't been in the news for domestic violence issues. Do you mean Manziel?

I am talking about from a PR standpoint and I am talking about Johnny Manziel. Manziel now has domestic violence allegations and may face a suspension.
