I have no idea either, I know that they spend years building evidence against crime bosses but something like this shouldn't take much time at all. I'm guessing this is all for appearance and perception so that the media doesn't pound them, but if they try to suspend Zeke there will be a monster backlash.

Probably a coincidence, but the person in charge of the NFL DV investigation is a Giants season ticket holder and has pictures of Phil Simms and Eli Manning in her office.
