Top 20 QB Wins Since 2016 & Games Played


1. Brady 58 Wins (76 games)
2. Wilson 52 Wins (80 games)
3. Brees 48 Wins (70 games)
4. Rodgers 46 Wins (71 games)
5. Big Ben 43 Wins (62 games)
6. Goff 42 Wins (69 games)
7. Rivers 42 Wins (80 games)
8. Prescott 42 Wins (69 games)

Apparently it gets a you a young QB in the top 8 of wins with 6 HOF in the mix..... ( maybe 5 but Rivers has a shot)

Also gets you a QB that has the same Win % as Goff, a QB many have said sucks and is nowhere near the category of Dak.

In addition, keep in mind that Mahomes, Jackson, Tannehill, Smith, and Allen all have better Win %'s than Dak since 2016 (focused on QB's ranked below Dak on that list I provided)

So it's all on the defense? The offense has been so efficient that they never have any turnovers and no 3 and outs? Every time Dak is on the field they are constantly putting out long drives that give the defense plenty of rest? That's not even close to being true.

I agree the defense has not been good, but neither has the offense at times. Here's an interesting stat someone should look up - over the past few years how many times has the offense screwed up and given the defense little to no rest, short fields, etc.?

Just for clarification PFF uses the following as it relates to NFL 'garbage time' stats:

"For our purposes, “garbage time” is when a team is trailing by 16 points or more in the second half of a game. That's a broad definition that includes some still-competitive situations, like when a team is trailing 26-10 early in the third quarter."

I am not an NFL analyst or statistician so I do not quantify what garbage time stats represent.

Check your facts as I never used the term bait or Dak slobberers to describe Rock's posts so please verify whose posts you are referring to before accusing me of using those terms.

Most of us felt Dak was over paid . But it is fairly common practice for franchise QB to be paid market price. It doesn’t represent their pecking order in the league .

In the next couple years as new contracts are paid to other franchise QB’s I’d expect his salary to be come down considerably more in line with his ranking in the league.

Except for a few Dak Slobberers you’d be challenged to find Cowboy fans who believe Daks contract represents his ranking in the league .

most of us? like who. there were a lot of people who said he wasn't, just wish we would have signed him sooner....including stephen Jones.

but to your point, yes, Watson was 2nd highest paid, until Dak got paid. now Allen, Jackson, Wilson, and whole slew of young QBs are about to cash in....its the way the NFL works.

No, I think Jethro is the root cause of all of our core issues. I have little hope with him as GM as we’ve seen last couple decades .

We really don’t have any other choice being cap heavy on offense but thru the draft on defense with the kind of emphasis we did this year. Time will tell if it works out.
