Dak has off games like all qb's, where those losing efforts could of been been won with some decent adjustments and defensive effort ... The crazy numbers in what you call garbage time are because our defense put us behind the eight ball and were forced to go air raid. Keep in mind I recognize dak has had poor games, but all qb's have poor games but not all qb's have as many fantastic games as Dak does .... Most qb's have garbage time stats as well, it's a commonality.

its been debunked 10 times over that the slow starts is nothing but a myth created by dak-bashers based on a few games. and I find it funny that Dak puts the defense in a whole, not zeke or other players fumbling, not the defense giving up 100 yards rushing in a quarter, not the long TD bombs we gave away...nah...its Dak.

As for scapegoat, I personally point to the whole team but also view Dak for what he is, a player version of Jerry Jones that simply isn't getting the job done.

I'm firmly against calling people names, so if you took me using insufferable as some kind of personal attack my apologies. To me it was no different than saying "You dak haters are crazy"... To me at least, that kind of talk is common place around this forum.. If you don't think Dak has done his job well and getting better, you and I have no common ground whatsoever.

so what were expectations of a Rookie QB? he understood his limitations. minimized his mistakes. leaned on his team when needed. made plays when needed. and got us to 13-3.....

we got to playoffs twice with Linehan, but you would be correct that we played 3 games in the playoffs...doesn't change the fact Linehan sucked.

and yes, I never really liked the Moore hiring. I have let it be known. I said it in 2019, a first year OC, with all of one year NFL or coaching experience anywhere for that matter...what did you expect to get? he got schooled multiple times during the year and I had said as much several times....he was learning...but Jerry has a soft spot for "boy geniuses"

and lastly I agree 100% on Romo in 2016. I argued the same in 2016. there has never been a rookie QB that made it to the superbowl. to not want to rock the boat was a mistake. Romo should have been the starter by week 13, let him get in the grove and get ready for playoffs and you have Dak to fall back on in case of another injury..... plus the mistake Garrett made, by not playing the starters the last game, then we had a week off and essentially 3 weeks before a big playoff game and it showed in the first half.....Romo would have been able to control things a little better and for us not to fall behind....Garrett was an idiot.

Its not so much upset, it's more how do you root for an NFL team while activley hoping its starting QB sucks.....Literally your hoping your team loses.....Maybe most on here don't see that as real. Well i think some post some things just to get dak fans to react.
Some really believe it and are stating opinions.
Fanhood has changed, it is not the same as back in the past century.
For some it is just they have a interest in the team, and if they dont like certain players, then it is hard to root for the team
like they would if those players were gone.

The media tells us way too much about the players,and how much they make, and personal life , stats etc.
All that leads to is more players will be not liked.
The more information that is out on a player, the odds of him being not liked increases.

And no matter who you or i or the anti dak fans root for, it has no effect on games or players.

The word "hater" is only used by a certain demographic of people, and they know who they are because they were taught that the word was always used against them or that the other certain demographic of people hate them, so that word is used because that is what they were taught.
