Because they ignored the investigator they hired and tried to cover it up because rodge had a conclusion before anything was even found on record

The defense has known all along the odds were almost non-existent that Henderson would rescind the suspension, and even if he did, that Goodell would go along with Henderson's recommendation.

Normally, you would wait for the ruling, but it's obvious to everyone the NFL has made up their minds on this and any additional discussions or meetings are just an attempt by the NFL to appear fair and objective.

Doesn't matter. All that matters is drawing first blood - getting the legal proceedings out of the NFL friendly NY court and into a more potentially neutral setting. This should accomplish that

That's actually a very legitimate legal argument now that we have heard that NFL's interviewer's recommendation was ignored and not added to the investigation files.
