The judge asking this question leads one to assume the judge has some concern over EE's injury in this matter. I suspect this bodes well.

I would think the opposite. If he's playing this weekend, the "harm" angle is muted a bit.

If judge throws out the suit stating they can re-file when HH makes his ruling, this allows the NFL to quickly file in NY and change to a more friendly venue.

The way that Fish sounded is that this judge forced an answer out of the NFL. Is Zeke playing on Sunday? The NFL officials gave blank stares and answered with a yes. The NFL has a battle in their hands. This is good for Zeke.

Exactly, if he plays Sunday then no irreparable harm, no TRO, motion dismissed, then HH rules and NFL files in league friendly NY.
