Why would any coach want to come to Dallas if they cannot pick their own staff and if Jerry does not spend money on the strength, conditioning and training staff?

Moore got run out of town two years ago, then again from the Chargers after one year. Now he's overseeing an offense that is 28th in passing despite having Devonta Smith and AJ Brown. And Jerry is going to hire him because he knows him.

Because if you desire to be head coach there are only a handful of openings each year. Two have been filled with New England and Chicago

I don’t get why Moore? Philly great oline and Barkley making Moore look good, their passing game hasn’t been that good at all really. Moore does not look like a leader of MEN, he looks like a college student….i don’t think he can bring in a winning culture. Jerry is beyond bone headed if he picks Moore.

So you don’t give Moore credit for Philly’s great offensive line and running back but blame him for Hurts. You guys are so afraid of the Cowboys bringing Kellen back huh.

That’s exactly it. Jerry stopped being innovative in the early 2000s. He likes the comfort of the familiar now in his advanced age.

I would have to wait and see how they do before being negative about them before they even start. I'm confident that you know absolutely nothing about who would be the best coach to hire and will run your negative mouth on anybody they would hire.

I know Moore isn’t we have seen that movie before.

I’m also not dumb enough to think any coach matters as long as father and son continue making decisions of who is going to be on their staff before they even hire the person.

That offense line was there way before him and Barkley was a gem to them take both away an they suck!

My thoughts too. Jerry was just going through the motion of interviews and trying to get ideas from various coaches and Saleh caught him off guard. In the end though Booger gonna Booger.

I think I want Saleh and one of his old buddies from SF for the OC. He’s a leader of men and can turn the D into a force. Plus we get the zone run scheme where 9th round RB’s get 1,500 yards.

I think he has the right temperament for Jerry and son. He’s been in NY and can handle anything now. He’s dealt with Rogers and Hard Knocks as well.

The OL coach in Philly has been there 11 years. OL has been tops in the NFL since. It’s not Moore.

I’m just pointing out that the OL coach and running game coordinator was there before Kellen. They added Barkley.

Why couldn’t Moore do this with pollard or ekeler? If it’s him.
