I'm a Cowboys fan not a GB fan. Answer this, how many times did Rodgers turn the ball over in the redzone against Dallas in GBAh, when you cant answer something properly, just say "refs"...that helps.
Man I hope these Romo only guys follow him to whatever team he goes too.
What's up with the "Romo only" stuff.
Is it really so far fetched to think experience could have made a difference?
Romo has never played as well as Dak did Sunday, in the playoffs.
Wrong.Romo has never played as well as Dak did Sunday, in the playoffs.
If you think Dak is a better QB than Romo you don't know much about the sport of football
This is one of the worst defenses in the NFL; Romo threw one incomplete pass in the second half(Dez drop) against Green Bay. If you think Dak is a better QB than Romo you don't know much about the sport of football
All of this is true yet we still lost to a one-legged Aaron Rodgers led Packer team. And that's the point. Nobody know how this game plays out if Romo had started. To say we would have won is pure conjecture and nothing more.
This is hilariously untrue but keeps getting repeated anyway. Green Bay gives up 24.3 points per game, and that's inflated by a couple of early season blowouts. They have injuries, but that's part of the game for everyone. They never gave up more than 27 points in the last 8 games they played against anyone... except the Cowboys.
Come on zrinkillRomo has never played as well as Dak did Sunday, in the playoffs.
This was a response to the statement Dak played better in this game than Romo ever played. That's absolutely false. What is true is Romo was near perfect in sub-zero temperatures and robbed on a catch by Dez against a much better and healthier GB defense, including Sam Shields.
It's absolutely comical that not are Dak defenders ignoring the fact that the latter had Zeke and Linehan made a living this year running play action for Dak (while blaming coaching for the loss of going away from Zeke), they are basically comparing stats of sub-freezing temperatures to Texas weather and a stadium. Despite the fact also of GB going undefeated at home that year and a totally healthy defense.
That's fair and I won't defend the statement that Dak played better than Romo has ever played in a playoff game. Having said that, there is more than one way to compare QB play. Romo had a much higher completion percentage, fewer interceptions and a better passer rating. Romo also had a much smaller sample with fewer attempts and that works in his favor. Dak threw for more yards, touchdowns and led his team to more points. Again, I don't have an agenda either way. I'm just saying that no one knows how this game plays out with Romo behind center and that Dak played more than well enough to win as did Romo in 2014.
