Number One Seed?

We gave up 36 points to the Raiders. They haven’t won a game since.

The Raiders collected more than 30 extra plays via 3rd down penalties + 1 clear nullified turnover due to blatantly biased officiating to defeat Dallas in OT. The Raiders did nothing on their own but were playing with almost 4 extra snaps per possession. This I believe resulted in 20 points of their 36.

Exactly. The Raiders game was not the Broncos game. I don’t say this very often but that game was stolen from us. And don’t forget how many players on the defensive line were out.

I don’t think that Dallas will lose another game the rest of the year. The problem is, I don’t think that Tampa will either. Our best chance is that they lose one of their two upcoming games against the Panthers.

I believe that the Rams are actually going to take the NFC West, not the Cardinals. But I don’t want to face either of them in the first round.

So we’ve got an outside shot at the #1 seed and the bye week, but really I’d guess we land in the 2 or 3 spot.

And in a worst case scenario where the Bucs don’t lose anymore games, as long as the Packers drop even 1, we can win out and get the #2 seed. I will take that in a heartbeat as well

What’s ironic is that we need the Pack to lose one but not two games. If we end up tied with the Bucs and Pack, we get the #1 seed. But if the Pack somehow loses two and we’re just tied with Tampa, they get the top seed.

Damn, how does the defending SB Champions get such a cake schedule down the stretch?! (Saints, Panthers twice, & Jets). |**I can see the Cheese Heads losing a game down the stretch. | ** The Cards will lose a couple of games. | So realistically we have a shot at #2 Seed if all holds true, but this has been a CRAZY season for sure.. "Expect the Unexpected".

If we win out, we need Green Bay to lose one and Tampa Bay to lose one then GB, TB, AZ and Dallas all likely end up at 13-4 and we take the number one seed, doesn't matter what AZ does as long as we win out and beat them. Don't know what the odds are for all that to occur but with Tampa Bay and Green Bay's schedule I would say not good. We likely will be number 4 unless we get some breaks and this is finally our year!
A win over the Cards could get us the 3 seed.

This is why I was so mad about the loses to teams we should have blown out. People were saying it don’t matter. Oh man this game didnt matter.

You beat the beatable teams. All of them. Later in the season it haunts you. We lose to the broncos and then ripped off by the refs in the raiders game because we didn’t play well enough to win it. Those 2 loses killed the chance at the 1 seed. We got beat by the bucs, even though we missed FG and EP that could have been a difference maker. Didn’t may well enough to beat the chiefs. We get what we deserved.

Then why watch? If you don't believe, why waste your time watching or posting? Just call it a season and don't show up until next summer. Sheesh.

Where did I say I don’t believe? I said “if” we don’t get back on track. Why would I stop watching when we’re 9-4 and almost assured of a playoff spot? You got the wrong read on my post.

There was no biased officiating we got beat by a bad team that hasn’t won a game since they beat us.

Both teams had 14 penalties. These little cry babies never stop crying.

I think they get one home game and then it's on the road again time. I still think GB and TB are better teams and the Cowboys are there with AZ and LAR.

You play mostly divisional games towards the end of the year and there division is weak.

They also drew the NFC West and AFC West this year which are top heavy divisions with lots of gimmie games.

They also won the superbowl as a wildcard team so they didn't have a first place schedule (they didn't win there division)

Sorry, brother. Apologies.
