I'm sorry i'm not understanding where you are going with this. I did not say his play would correlate into the regular season. Why can't you just take a wait and see approach on him as opposed to already writing him off? It makes no sense. Let the guy fail first. I'm not sure what your stance is or what you're trying to say. That preseason play doesn't mean you will play well in the regular season? Ok..........and? I'm in agreement with that.

I am writing off your criticism of those arguing that the preseason is pretty uncomplicated and that the "vanilla" flavor of defenses that Dak played against will be drastically different than what he'll see on Sunday.

Maybe you didn't say "write him off" but trying to temper expectations is the part I don't get. Or to be honest I don't really know what you are trying to do to be perfectly honest. You never really made it clear.

Agree with first but never a kelly fan. Small gimmicks like the shotgun or 5 wideouts can change the league. Gimmick offenses don't last.

I don't think they believe that. Giants have a problem with containing mobile quarterbacks. I'm not sure if that's going to hurt them or not but they are concerned with his feet.

Some of the things being said by way of their media seem to believe they'll be taking advantage of his rookie inexperience. While that might be the case to some degree, Dak is quite exceptionally adept with his techniques and running abilities, as well as his grasp of the offense.

The Giants' fans who believe they'll take advantage of his rookie inexperience might be a bit surprised about that. Prescott isn't the average rookie. I don't doubt that those well familiar with his talents, smarts and mobility aren't quite as likely to buy into the hype, though.
