They are "nervous"...lol

Dak is going to be fine...he has been his whole career. He is the least of our worries and they act like he is the worry. Truly baffling.

When it's all said and done If Dak finishes with a "fine" career I guess we'll never see a Divisional win, a Championship game win, a Super Bowl appearance, or a Super Bowl win.

Which I guess...is just fine for some of us.

Against the better teams in the conference if he looked like this vs Lions. There is nothing I seen today from DAK that leads me to believe that he can lead this team to a win over the eagles late in the season or win in the playoffs
you didnt see the "pop on his balls" and he said he sees the game clearer lol, hate to see him not see clear.;)

Nope…pretty sure I saw what I saw

I'm sure you saw what you saw, too. It's your interpretation of what you saw that's nothing more than an opinion, and I just don't think yours is worth much.

And I see you fall into the doing the same thing over and over after 7 years and 1 playoff win and expecting different results category.

Got it.

I evaluate the football entertainment experience that I've witnessed over 50+ years very differently than your little 7 year sample, apparently. I also didn't say anything about expectations. Don't project your nonsense onto me.

Out of the 6 incomplete passes he threw, which ones were 100% on him? What would you have preferred his numbers be for this particular game?

Why even bother arguing with these types of people? They're miserable human beings. In the NFL, a win is all that matters. We got that today. On to next week.

I'm someone who is not on the Dak train. I'm not a huge fan of the player Dak, I love the person Dak but not as much the player. My takeaway from the game was:
1. We won and that's all I care about. On game day I dont care who you are I'm rooting for you regardless of agendas or personal preference. If you're wearing the star you're my guy.
2. I may be in the minority here but i was really encouraged by Dak's play today. He played way better than week 1. He didn't turn the ball over and he played complimentary football. I was encouraged that he came out anxious and rusty but played through it didn't make an mistakes. When given the chance to put the Lions away he came through.

As far as moving forward for the rest of the season, I say don't. Enjoy the win. This had the makings of a trap game. We didn't get trapped. Our offense played better and defense, Running game and ST came to play.

First game back with a reconstructed throwing hand. Are you being serious?

He gives me more confidence than Cooper Rush providing more film for teams to study.

Homers can blame the rust this week. But after saying that Rush had a better offensive line than Dak to explain Rush's wins, they can't blame OL for the rest of the season. So there is that.
Romo indicated it was expected for Dak to be somewhat rusty after not starting a series of games. Collaterally that affects the line and the receiver corps as well. As the game went on the offense started finding its rhythm and became more successful. Overall Dak did well after a long absence. The Lions were no pushover and their defense surprisingly was better than advertised.

I think I what 99% of the Dak boys don’t understand is that for what he’s being paid and the % of his dollars allocated from our whole cap is not matching up with anyone in that price range. Can he play qb, sure. He on par with an Andy Dalton or Kirk Cousins and that’s what it is at this point. The rest of his fans root for him and flame post for another very specific and divisive reason.

Don't be coward, say what your very 'SPECIFIC AND DIVISIVE' reason is.

I would argue the anti-Dak crowd flame posts him for another very SPECIFIC AND DIVISIVE reason. And I'm not afraid to say it.

How many times have we seen someone post about how Dak is "Selfish" or how "slow he processes things mentally" or "doesnt have the accumen for the position" or "has low football IQ" on this board? The same things that are historically said about every non-white QB. Then they turn around and praise Cooper Rush for his "LEADERSHIP" and his "FOOTBALL SMARTS". Excuse away Dak's what, 6 years of mostly pretty good QB play as stat-padding against bad teams, but yet prop up Cooper Rush's mid numbers in his 5 games as a starter as "Leadership, playing within himself, sticking to the game plan, etc etc"

You've even got posters calling the Dak 'stans' WOKE FANS. Hmmmmm i wonder what they meant by that.

The quarterback dilemma, this Sunday

You guys are worse. Joke fans will always hate the Woke fans.

Hmmmmmmmm

Ya'll ain't slick.

I'm sure this post is going to get deleted and i'm sure I'll probably be banned but this forum sometimes just DRIPS with this stuff, and everyone is too scared to say anything

Politics were banned on this forum long ago, but the QB debate gave a certain subset of fans the chance to bring them back in, a proxy war disguised as a QB argument

He does process the game slowly and clearly his football brain is not strong. If you have issue with daks lack of ability, I can’t help you there.

Only way Dak leads this team over the Eagles is if the Eagles rest their starters and field their practice squad again.
