How can you possible evaluate Newman properly when he was banged up enough to need surgery like three days after our season ended?

He's still getting skewered for that Commanders game, and he's not played that hurt since he came into the league. Question our brilliant training staff for letting him play, not the guy himself. He relies on his quicks... how that wasn't going to impact him is beyond me.

It was arthroscopic clean-up on his ankle. The injury occurred in the second half of the Eagles game.

Cherry picking again. Marcus Spears, Bradie James, Chris Canty, Kevin Burnett. They all ended up on your "ALL Dagger Team", because they dared to question your hero's (Bill Parcells) defensive scheme. Oh, my goodness. They answered questions in the media about the past defense and compared it to the new one. Phillips has gotten more out of these players than Bill Parcells did, because of his Phillips 34.

You know what, if your offense didn't suck the entire Ravens game, perhaps the defense wouldn't have looked so ragged at the very end of that game.

Terence Newman doesn't need me to make his choices for him. He acted like an Old Testament guy from Kansas. That is good enough for me, but it is way beyond the construct of your thinking.

My thoughts on this issue and your target practice are all right there in black and white. I don't need a pop quiz. You have not addressed the irony in your attack on Newman or your double standard in regards to Romo. I expect it from big mouth, attention seeker Terrell Owens.

Like I said it was a simple question which you refuse to answer because the correct answer is in some way criticizing the player whether it's in a mild or harsh form.

You love Terence Newman first and the Dallas Cowboys second.

The problem is his new formed habit of running to the nearest mic or camera to try and 'save the team'.

Instead of ya know, actually going to his teammates or coaches which IMO would be the smart thing to do.

His on the field talent wasn't really a problem for me.

And you are right. He is a very good player when healthy. Although those days may never come again where he is 100% healthy.

My initial intent wasn't even to get into his play on the field, but I did throw in some digs for Mrs. Newman along the way because I know it ruffles here sun dress a bit.
