Oh i didn't know locking it wouldn't allow me to bring it back up in a year.

Sorry that my opinion that he's gonna be a stud hurt so many feelings. I probably should have waited considering the debacle that just happened.

No, it was a perfect throw. It was high and a tight spiral, placed exactly where it had to be. You can say he got lucky to throw such a perfect ball, but you can't say it was just tossed up. That's silly.

Yeah, it's amazing how he can make such accurate throws and then all of a sudden miss wide open receivers by feet at a time.

what were the mistakes?

A twenty yard pass during the game tying drive was actually incomplete. It's debatable, but I re watched it in slowmo in HD....and it looks like the ball clearly skipped off of the ground. We were out of challenges, and the Steelers were running hurry up.

Later in that drive they gave Ben nearly 2 more yards than he actually got when he slid on 3rd and long. They got the first down on fourth and inches....by about five inches.

Those hurt, but the offense is essentially to to blame. We still could have won the game if Romo hadn't played so poorly.

Why do all our QB's suck against Pittsburgh other that Aikman? I was really hoping Tony would be another Aikman and never lose to th Steelers. Now he looks like Danny White or Steve Pelluer

Here is a perfect example of someone making comments about something they know nothing about. Be honest, you never saw White play.

Danny played the Steelers as the QB twice, in 1982 (a loss 36-28) and in 1985 (a win 27-13) and he DID NOT SUCK in either game. Roger Staubach certainly did not suck against them in the two SB loses. ( I don't count preseasons games)

Now with Pelluer I will say your right, but doubt you saw he play either.

Try thinking before you embarrass yourself with a posts like this :star:

It was a nice ball, but to his credit owens made a nice grab. That and the DB had his back to the ball.

Face it, Romo did his thing again, and for once, Witten and Romo were'nt on the same page on a few big plays.

He had quite a few balls sail on him. Not sure why, but the splint seems as good a reason as any to me.

Yes Tony Romo can win a big game. He is a top ten QB, maybe top five, good enough to win a Superbowl with the right team around him. I'm not saying he will win a Superbowl, but he is good enough that you should be happy to have him.

Thank You.

Everyone in the board sounds like we should expect Troy Aikman and no less.
Do you know how many teams in the NFL would kill to have Romo?

He is a good, YOUNG, accurate, QB. He's just like his idol, irrational. Favre trows lots of picks too, but he is a hall of famer. Remember what people said about him in ATL?

Just give the kid a break, he'll learn. We just need a coaching staff that will teach him instead of letting him run wild.

Absolutely. I wasn't taking anything away from TO. But I think it's clear that Tony wanted to throw it right where he did and it was as pretty a spiral as you can get.

Not as proof. And not as evidence either. Just a gut instinct.

Perhaps you can go back to supporting how the Pats didn't really cheat and Goodell actually burning evidence wasn't a conspiracy either.

LOL!

What is this tit for tat?

I thought I was finished with that sort of tactic in elementary school.

Oh, and I believe the Pats cheated also. So I don't know where you came up with that idea.

As for conspiracy, that's in the minds of the skeptic.

If it can't be proven, I aint going to entertain it.

Be that as it may, the Cowboys loss because of their own doing. Nothing more. Nothing less.

He wasn't wearing one.
No kidding. I'm saying it's possible he wasn't used to throwing without one. He wore it for a month, and he had to make adjustments throwing with it. It's like wearing gloves and getting used to that, then playing without them.

Well, it can't be proven that the Pats cheated either because, well the evidence was burned.

It was a great throw, from the replay (it was from behind Romo) there was no doubt he was going right to owens. It was a great scramble, owens did well to get open and the two completed a great TD.

Here's something Danny and Tony had in common:

Dude, that trips me out! Danny married his high school sweetheart, Jo Lynn, before he finished college at ASU. I wonder if she has seen this picture?

What if she visit here and sees this picture for the first time.....You might be causing Danny some trouble........:lmao2:

Are people actually clamoring for the Cowboys to get rid of Romo? Seriously? Do you not remember what occurred back in October?

Sure, let's make Romo the goat...just like we made goats of Bill Parcells and Drew Bledsoe and Dave Campo and Chan Gailey and the myriad of other players and coaches who have served as a temporary catharsis for our ire until a new rendition of the blame game started.

Has it helped us yet? The Cowboys were making these same mistakes before Romo arrived and will continue to make such mistakes after he leaves...unless there's a philosophical change within the very heart of this organization.

Welcome to Dallas. Brett favre would not have been liked here after winning only one super bowl in his career.

yeah it was odd with the Ben spot,TV yellow line looked like he was a yard short

they measure and it's 3 inches short/then after they sneak it he clearly is in the red by half a football/ and Buck with his wisdom says this is really close

man I hate Buck
