Idiotic posts like this make me laugh till I nearly cry. You're clearly as ignorant as this post indicates.

Romo shoulders a good deal of the blame, without a doubt, but if you think he's the only one to blame you'd either have to be 8 years old or just plain stupid.

Your easily amused then. You should see a doctor about that.

And I guess im plain stupid, because I don't fit your other criteria for why I would have posted this.

Keep your homer goggles on and make some toast while taking your next bath.

I'm still in awe that Dallas lost this game. Romo was HORRID!!!! No more MVP talk from here on out, please.

I know that there is a lot more blame to go around in this total collapse, but Romo has been getting all the credit when they win, so he has to take the blame when they lose as well. Man, can he be any more like a poor man's Brett Favre????? ARRRRRAAAAAGHHHHH!!!!!

Romo = most overrated QB in the NFL.

No, but he's among the worst coached. That is without question

imagine if Romo had

1. good or even average playcalling
2. a real head coach demanding accountability
3. QB coach making him mange the game properly
4. felix jones not in IR (assuming OC would use him).

Romo is a bone-head, but he's been dealt a terrible hand.

Funny how the ones who blame Romo for all of our faults are the same ones who don't give him any credit for the wins and good play. It's always about the supporting cast then. Romo had a horrible game today, no doubt, but if you don't think others on the team are also responsible, then you really show your ignorance. Also, this team has had a history of December collapses and such for the past decade or so...long before Romo arrived.

OMG. SOme of you 'fans' act like even great QB's don't have bad games. I imagine you guys just couldn't wait to get rid of Troy Aikman during his first three years as a starter either.

He just doesn't win the ones that matter.

Like I said, he provides just enough "bling" and just enough "wins" to keep the kool-aid drinkers on board (see ABOVE POSTS). But just when you need him the most, the adventure in his own end-zone happens. Or the muffed snap. Or the pass to the wide-open DB. Or the totally missed read on a route. Whatever.........it's a bad pattern.
For all you "Romo's the Messiah" lemmings out there: Think about Roger and Troy. THEY came THROUGH when it counted. No adventures. No "bling". No suprises. No drama. This guy? He's like a box of chocolates. You never know what you're gonna' get. And it usually leads to a disaster, depending upon how important the game and situation is. The more important, the bigger the disaster.
This game was in-hand, important, and a must-win. Romo gave it away. PERIOD!!! If I played on this defense, I'd kick his arse in the locker room after the game. The defense laid their live's on the line today, only to see this fly-by-night hand it to the Steelers.
Now, we have a very good chance at going 8-8. "PLAYOFFS???" "PLAYOFFS???" (to quote Jim Mora)............................

If, after all this time, you put together a Romo NFL career film, what would it be?
It would be clip after clip after clip of one adventure after another.........usually ending up with Dallas losing.
This loss is bitter, hard to swallow, and disgusting. Romo is to blame. He lost this game. PERIOD!!!

All you Romo lovers out there..................LISTEN UP!! This guy is dangerous and NOT the answer. He provides JUST ENOUGH bling to keep you on board. But when you need him the most, you're gonna' end up a loser.

If you put together a "Romo" NFL-career film today, after all this time, it would be a collection of flubs, idiotic plays, adventures in our own end zone (usually ending with the ball on the ground), and silly passes resulting in INT'S.

We need a QB............!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

That's funny cause I could have swore he's won more games as a starter than he's lost....hmmm...I must have been dreaming during all those wins and it was actually Troy Aikman out there then.

You people are absolutely idiotic. When the guy leads us deep into the playoffs, or further, I hope not one of you so called fans are around this board to celebrate that.

My question is, would we have lost this game if Tom Brady was our QB instead of Tony Romo? Yes, I mean a healthy Tom Brady. If Tom Brady had this offense to work with, I am guessing he would throw for over 5,000 yards and at least 55 TD passes.

I know some are fooled into thinking Romo is a top QB, but he is not even remotely close to to a Brady, either of the Mannings, McNabb, Roethlisberger, Brees, Favre. I would even take Kurt Warner over Romo. Romo is nothing more than an above average QB at best, and when he faces a good team he proves himself to be the choker he really is.

Sorry dumb *** but what exactly did you expect from this D. They played lightsout. Amazing. Im not one the guys saying Romo should be cut but he is the reason they lost. The defense played outstanding and to say any different is flat out stupid.

I won't say he'll never be a great quarterback but I do agree here.

Does the phrase "the grass is always greener on the other side of the fence" mean anything to you?

i see Romo is still getting killed lol after my couple hour break. i mean i did the same and still think he has a long way to grow as a QB. i wouldnt trade him or get rid of him YET because i think his main problem is coaching. He needs a coach that will keep him enough in check...

Why don't you read a few posts earlier in the thread. I was going at it with him and was backing you up.

That just taught me a lesson.

And no, I have been over that. Are you still getting over the fact the 80's have been over for 20 years?

Unfortunately great QBs dont have their worse games when it matters most. That seems to be a growing trend with Romo. Hopefully he will bounce back and lead us into the playoffs.
