Can we possibly still squeek in - but we need to win big games like this... You have the mentality of Wade Phillips.... and that's what's wrong with this team and some of the fans. Just trying to squeek by... If this game doesn't get your goat you're not a fan...

No I'm just as pissed as anyone else. I try to look for a positive in all the negativity, though.

I'm pissed but rational... Unlike most people on these forums right now.

Let's see...Garrett's pitiful playcalling on 3rd down. He needs to be called Red Draw because everyone knows it's coming.

We completely wear out a rookie RB who had nothing left in the 4th quarter. Where's the help there?

Witten running for a 100-yard play and not looking back inside on his route when he was wide open?

Our safeties leaving the middle of the field completely open for big plays.

It twasn't all Romo tonight, although he did play terribly. We were lucky to get the TD we got.

Props to the D who fought their guts out.

I'm as upset as anyone else, but to call for Romo's head....to ask if he'll ever win a big one is ridiculous.

Does anyone remember how terrible we were before Romo? Who out there would you rather have over him?

It's because we were missing Romo for four games that we're in the predicament we're in.

Romo has lost three games this season. Three close games. This one was a tough one against a good team....Who, if we were to play on a neutral field, would be no match for us.

There are still three games left this year. I'm not writing us off at all. And I bet that before it's all said and done, that everyone on here will be bowing at Romo's feet.

Agreed completely. How quickly people forget.

The Wash game was a big game. A very big game. The momentum changed with that Holmes punt return, bringing the net punt yards to 7 awesome yards on that play. Reed must go!

oh really im stupid? name one big game romo's won. and the seattle/niners game doesn't count. get off romo's jock

He had a bad game. That's been known to happen to qb's facing this Steeler d.

The guy is magical getting out of trouble left and right, then we love him. The wind was horrible today, he tried to make some plays and just didn't do it.

All I know is, I don't know what we have to do to become a dominant team. Our defense played like stallions, then Wade puts the cuffs on them. The coaches have to take a huge slap in the face for their part in this loss.

He choked - that's a rational anaylsis of his performance - 40% passer rating is a problem. Trying to be positive after a huge loss (when we were up by 10) is polyanna....

Id trade Romo for Tebow...

He might have an average arm but at least he is a leader

Get real.

Romo is slowly sealing his fate in Cowboys history as another QB who couldn't get it done.

He's probably a rung below Danny White at this point.

Though it's easy to blame him, what else is there?

Why did we stop attacking Toothlessburger? Why?

I want to know. We stopped attacking on O as well. **** Wade.

Romo didn't show up, but anybody can have a bad game. With all he has done for us, I just can't be mad at him today. But, yeah, he stunk it up.

I think the problem is that Romo's play is a bit erratic, and this team's play is also the same, esp in December.

I hope we make the playoffs, but I think the odds are stacked against us. Our remaining games are tough, and we may need to win the next three to even make the playoffs.

Why is it that Romo cannot be the one to blame? He miss wide open guys all day long just to try and force balls down the field to Witten and T.O.

How bout Romo and the defense split this loss
