With any other QB we don't score that TD in the 3rd quarter. Take the good with the bad.

This is true. That was great scrambling behind the line and finding Owens in the end zone.

3 picks though, that is tough to swallow.

Other than Romo, great performance by your team today. I wish my Skins had played Pittsburgh that hard.

He doesn't suck, but bad games like this are what get inevitably you eliminated from the playoffs. You can't just give away games like that. I thought I was watching Bledsoe versus Seattle all over again. Just a terrible terrible loss. Whats worse is that Romo's last turnover was just so predictable. I think we all had a feeling that a pick was probably coming. And that is a prediction that the fans should NEVER be able to make.

I credit the Steeler's D more than trying to place the blame on anyone. I mean they are the #1 defense in the league. They showed up in the end and took over the game.

On a positive note, Tashard Choice is a solid back and proved himself today. Dallas has the wild card spot even with the loss today. They just need to shake this one off and go play the Giants next week and beat them. The Giants looked horrible today btw.

Why Romo can't just settle in and run the offense 10 yards at a time and take first downs and move the chains in these big games is beyond me....He really stunk today...

No it is not a ridiculous thing to ask because until he does, the question is unanswered or at least looking to the negative.

Yes....it is.

Romo's a great QB. It's because of him that we're in position to earn a playoff spot.

He had a bad game today. It's not the first time a QB has screwed up against Pitt with the game on the line.

Remember Favre? Remember Aikman? Remember Hasselback?

They all lost games at the end by throwing ill-timed picks too.

All players....even the great ones....have times where they screw up.

And to say Romo's never won a big game is ridiculous as well. He won big game after big game last year. He beat the Commanders on the road this year. He beat GB at GB....He beat Philly in a big Monday nighter.

He's had two frickin chances in the playoffs.

If he screws up this year....then we might have a beef. But I remember folks getting all over Manning for not winning in the playoffs. He did quite well.

he's a choker. Danny White version 2.0

My thoughts exactly. Part of it is frustration, but I'm really starting to be afraid we've got a Danny White 2.0 as you say.

Naw, and he's not a bad QB at all. Not saying White was either. This is a head scratcher.

Danny White was alot more professional and also took care of the ball. Sick to death of Romo's "ACT"

Well being realistic. Only the last one one bothered me... We were winning or tied after the first two and the fumble... And Witten was showing that it was his fault. And you could see that 1. he was open and 2. he stumbled coming out of his break and couldn't go up for the ball. It was hard to watch us dominate a team for 3+ quarters and get it ripped away to that putrid offense.

i really wish people do stop making excuses i lost money on this game and have to argue all day with eagles fans but i will not make excuses for romo's play today on that field all of his ints were absolutely terrible.

he is a great qb in this league but i haven't and cant say he steps up in bigtime hostile games.

thats the difference between a tom brady, or peyton manning when those guys have to make plays they do and they dont lose the games for their football teams.

people are gonna have to hold this guy accountable for these plays.

people dont hesistate to put mcnabb down as he's throwing ints and passes to the ground and underthrowing players, the same have to apply to tony.

brady had less weapons than romo last year and bombed pittsburgh.

he has no excuse to go out and play like that.

i love tony romo but we have to stop with the excuses i'll take away the dropped fg snap against seattle but what other big game has he played well in??

We were the first offense all year to score on the Steelers in the third quarter. This game could have gone either way. The wind effected passes, punts, and made it extremely cold. The elements were in the Steelers favor. I think the Cowboys played pretty well today other than the turnovers. They sacked Ben like 5 times, caused turnovers, and we were able to move on the Steelers defense, just not at the end of the game when we needed it the most.

the answer is obvious.

draft a quarterback.

I wouldn't say the Cowboys are built to win NOW, per se. You guys have a good mix of veteran talent and some youth.

I understand why you'd want to draft a QB, but I'm not sure if you guys want to be that patient to watch him develop. By the time that happens, Owens will probably be gone and you'll be trying to get a more youthful O-Line, too.

It's a sticky situation to be sure.

This is ALL on ROMO.

Anyone who blames a defense who gives up 13 points is out of their mind.

Anyone who wants to blame WADE is out of their mind.

Anyone who blames ANYONE else is out of their mind. We had the game in hand. The most frustrating thing?:

Romo choked yet again, as is his custom. He will go home with Jessica on one arm smirking the whole way. The dude has no mental toughness to speak of, when it counts.

Lol, you just keep saying the same thing. :)

The deal was/is, Danny was a good QB who would at times throw up a fistful of interceptions. He didn't take care of the ball the way Roger did in his best seasons.

Tony is a good QB who will at times throw up a fistful of interceptions. In that sense Danny and Tony are similar.

David.
