***Official Fire Garrett thread***

True or false? Romo's been through 3 coaches, you think a fourth is going to change anything?

True, but the one constant is that moron in charge. Plus I would hardly call Wade, and especially Garrett NFL head coaches.

OMG romo plays defense. because it was the defense that let them back in the game. That darn Ware, everyone told me he was the bestest of the best of the best. And everyone we get in FA is the best ever, and if they arent on this team, we better sign them up. Darn that Romo.

I'd like to see Ken Whisenhunt called to set up an interview tomorrow.

Let Garrett know he's dead, even before he gets the axe.

It's well deserved.

Idiot.

Who gave him the contract?
Regardless, if you go through 3 coaches, and possibly a fourth, at some point you have to look at the people who can't get it done no matter what coach you bring in.

No. We shouldn't fire him. It's not fair to blame him for the bad play calling and this team being average . It's just not fair.

He's my Head Coach

Like the defense that I don't even think forced a punt in the second half? Or just Romo?

Except we didn't have 3 OCs.

There is no way in hell you can say this team is heading in the right direction. This is year 4 and we are not only not any better, but we are getting worse and worse to the point we are getting embarrassed on a weekly basis now.

There is absolutely no reason why Garrett should be the head coach of this team any longer.

The blame belongs to a lot of individuals with this team.

Jerry Jones deserves the most of it.

but some posters here still think Garrett is going to be here next year hahahaha

I never am on these be quick to fire people kicks. However Garrett's mistakes are repetitive. The same 3 show themselves over and over again. We don't run the football enough, we don't target our playmakers enough, and time management as well as other end of game decision making issues. We revisit those 3 over and over and over.

At first I was willing to give him a pass feeling like these are relatively easy lessons to learn. You take your lump and don't repeat the mistake. But Lord have mercy at some point you have to say this guy just is never going to get these basic truths. If they were different mistakes I might be more sympathetic, but no one in any profession is exempt from making the same mistakes repetitively. Garrett has to go.

Yeah he's a disaster. It's a shame he lasted past the "lame duck bounce"

The only thing that's bringing a smile to my face right now is fantasizing about Garrett being fired this offseason.

If we could cut Romo and Ware too, it would probably be the best offseason Dallas has had since hiring Parcells.

"I think whenever you're in a leadership role, whether it's of a football team, whether it's of a government, some kind of business, the character and the personality of that group tend to reflect the personality of that leader. I think the personality of this group going forward will have my stamp on it a little bit more than it has in the past".

-------Jason Garrett at his inaugural press conference as head coach of the Dallas Cowboys.

Unfortunately, he was right and very prophetic. This team has his character and personality stamped all over it.

Dude, I wouldn't follow you across the damn street.

I can't get over not running the ball. They say Callahan refused to answer questions after the game. Somebody needs to be held accountable for this crap. I couldn't believe what I was watching today.

Last 5 games.....2 blowouts and an EPIC collaspe.....How Can Anybody Defend Garret At This Point.

It's a process and he is still trying to figure out the mechanics of it.
