Never should have let Parcells walk.

Parcells and Wade use the same coaching style of conservative bull crap. only difference is their personalities and it was obvious he didnt want to coach this team anymore. Parcells had to go just like wade needs to go now!

Wade was brought in to make our defense "Elite". We've invested A LOT in our defense.


He hasn't come CLOSE to achieving what he was brought in for. In fact, other than sacks, our defense is WORSE in pretty much every other category.



If the defensive minded Head Coach is not making our D better, why keep him? I mean NOW, why keep him?


It's obvious this team doesn't have what it takes with the current head coach because they're starting to take on the personality of that head coach. I'd get rid of him now (along with Stewart and Read) and go from there. Why wait till the end of the season? Do it now.



We have ONE player on defense that is living up to expectations (we all know who it is). If it were 1 or 2 players, I'd say it's on them. But a WHOLE FREAKIN' SIDE OF THE BALL? That's on the coach.

Wade and Parcells coaching styles are polar opposites. You couldn't be more wrong.


Maybe Parcells had to "go" (he left on his own, JJ didn't fire him), but we shouldn't have brought in a coach with a polar opposite personality. We didn't have to necessarily bring in someone exactly like Parcells, but bringing in the opposite was dumb, IMO.

There philosophies of read-and-react are the same exact thing. They both play to stop the deep pass... Both of them haven't played an aggressive defense since they were here...

personality is obviously total opposite its not hard to see but coaching style was the same in the sense of being conservative is what i mean

We consistantly get out coached, and Wade doesn't have what it takes to run the team.

Just judging from Hardknocks..if you compare it to the Chiefs one 2 years ago...it didn't seem like anyone ran the team. Who was in charge in meetings?

Garrett seems like he doesn't respect Wade at all.

Fire Wade and Stewart. Up Campo to DC, let Garrett coach the team and call the offensive plays.

Get Dom Capers to run the D in the offseason.

Not in the terminology of Wade and Bill.. For Wade it means playing off the WRs 10 yards and rarely bumbing-and-running and press coverage...

I've never called for a HC to be fired but I have absolutely no confidence in Wade Phillips. He is not a leader, he doesn't motivate players, and he isn't a defensive minded coach that many believes.

So yes, I hope he is gone. We need a new direction, one we are on right now is going nowhere.
