I will bet when he lands another job he will brag about how he always had a winning record in every team hes coached for (separately).

He should be fired.

I don't agree with that. Wade SAID he calls the game based on his players strengths, but he hasn't done it. Parcells at least has some history of changing his game plan based on his personnel (Bledsoe throwing almost 700 passes with the Pats).


The team might not have been as flashy with Parcells as the HC, but his style and personality would have better prepared them for the playoffs (eventually). People that kept saying "you can't win with a head coach with that personality these days" need only to look at the Giants and Coughlin.

Donovan or Larry on the ticket ( I can't tell the difference between the two of them lol) said that the team does not hit at practice. What kind of crap is that.

everyone is always trying to point how players coaches like Dungy have had success...somehow, I believe Dungy has at least a bit of a mean streak to him.

I think players loaf around Wade because they know he wont hold them accountable...

Wade is just a cheerleader. That's the only role he's established for himself here. Now that there isn't much to cheer about, there's not much point in keeping him around is there?

This is the perfect time to let Garrett establish himself as the leader and, quite frankly, to find out what kind of leader he is. There's absolutely nothing to lose because this team has clearly quit on Wade.

Who could do anything about the ills this team has in october.

I do believe wade and his defensive staff are about as poor as it gets, but you cant fire the guy during the season, because his defensive staff is just as bad as he is.

We have to live with this roster and this staff for the rest of the year.

I have zero faith in Jerry Jones finding the type of coach that could fix this team in the offseason. We need a coach that can come in and forget about the players reps and names and just evaluate and go forward.

Instead at some point we will get another coach who caters to the players because that is what jerry does.

Stewart was sitting on the bench, not Wade, but as much as I've defended Wade, and a lot of the coaching staff, I'm certainly starting to wonder if we wouldn't be better off with a major shake up here as well.

Dude Dungy called out his Indy defense (the SB run year) on television his entire defense. He said the issue with us and allowing people to run all over us is a want to issue we have to tighten things up and start playing with the necessary mind frame to stop the run.

Basically he called his entire defense soft on national TV and in the papers.

I remember that so well they responded to and in the playoffs they locked down the running game on there way to the SB.

It's not too late.

The difference is they have an accomplished Offensive coordinator in Al Saunders calling plays. they have jim haslett a guy players like, who coaches the defense.

Removing linehan is easy to do when the players absolutely hate him and their are accomplished people on the stafff.

Here in Dallas we have the Head coach as the only guy that can run this defense, and he is not good at it himself. So removing phillips would then cause us to have to find someone to run the defense also.

That cant happen in october. We are just going to all have to sit tight and take our lumps.

This is all jerry's doing imo. Cater to the players, enable the players, remove team leaders who work hard and dont point fingers and replace them with celebrity names with average talent. And most importantly undermine your coaching staff routinely, take a bright spotlight on a team and multiply it by 10 with the stupid hard knocks show. All this stuff adds up over time. It is all showing now.

It only took Jerry 1.5 seasons to beat mediocrity into an up and coming team with his lack of patience and obsession with the spotlight and the celebrity football player.
