Yall can all be mad.

But I'm over here proud of my team for never quitting, even down 3 scores.

This team will contend for years to come.

This team showed grit, fight, and determination.

I'm proud of my Cowboys.
I am impressed by the comeback and tying the game up, and I am not blaming any players, it is the coaches I blame.
one and done, cant win a div round game, not sure you should be proud of that, but it is ok if you are.

But I cant fault the players, even the defense, they dont make the game plans or call the plays or manage the clock.

yeah he squandered EE today, although I dont know if Linehan has complete control over offense, so it could be he is to blame.
I never see JG talk to him during game.

So could be linehan is to blame for some of this?
Either way, JG is a yes man, he could be more proactive.

And this was a golden opportunity that they just wasted.
Meh, I quit listening to his BS long time ago. He makes me sick to my stomach.
$5 million / year cheerleader. Offers nothing. The micro refinements that winning playoffs teams make on every series , sometimes every down, will never ever be available to us With this miked off clown.

I think because the team likes Garrett they fight for him and didn't give up in that game.

But that's only half the battle............. getting the team to play hard for you. You and your staff have to be excellent tacticians and coaches in order to reach the highest peaks of this league. That's where I wonder about Garrett and his staff. I am not sure the Xs and Os are all there.

At best, JG could be another Marty Schottenheimer type of coach for us. Given a good team, he can do well in the regular season and get us into the playoffs only to get beat time and time again. Never taking us to the SB let alone winning us one.

I just his speech about fight

http://sports.yahoo.com/news/no-con...s-next-season-for-dak-prescott-042059330.html

“We talk a lot about the word ‘fight,’ ” coach Jason Garrett said. ” ‘Fight’ is an important word for us. It’s the foundation of our entire program. It’s fighting to be your best. It’s fighting to live up to the standards that have been set – high standards. And, maybe most importantly, it’s about fighting for each other.”

Sorry but I find this stuff Hollow and something out of a cliche book when you put them in the hole where they have to "fight."

I have not seen it yet, but jerry said there was no moral victory.........hmmmm

Thing is people say our future is bright, but I think with JG at the helm, this is as
bright as it gets.

History points up just as did in the day. Young team, no cap issues that can't be dealt with, build the defence and watch the dominance for the next 3-5 years. You're to stuck in the emotion of today. We lost because we sucked early, not because we sucked we came back from 18 down. We are young! !!!! Superbowls on the way!

I heard the same thing in 07...........how did that work out?

Nobody knows what the future holds, Zeke could blow out his knee in the opener next season or Dak gets hurt just after we trade Romo, or Martin, Frederick, or Smith tears an ACL and is out the year. There is so much that has to go just right to be in the position we were in today and we just pissed it away.

I am sure the 15-1 Panthers thought they would be back in the playoffs this year also, how did that work out?

If we have another postseason with a bye week only to go one and done again, I dont see how he keeps his job. Even Jerruh can't be that oblivious.
Try about 5 more, then it might sink in.
we are stuck with clapper for a long time.

Don't like injury talk but we were blessed this year and just wasted our best opportunity in ages to impact.. hold very little hope until major coaching change is made

I never wanted him here since day 1. I think Dallas went 13-3 in spite of him on the talents of Dak, Zeke, Dez and the offensive line. I think he is a good coach Mon thru Sat but has no clue on Sundays. He is/has been in over his head. Like I said earlier, he may be too smart to be a head coach and use common sense during a game :(

He is too analytical lacking "street smarts" to win a Lombardi. This is all in my opinion of course......

Garrett should have played Romo once healthy, that was his worst mistake ever as a head coach imo...

Specifically in this game, Garrett should have channeled his 2014 testicles and gone for it on 4th down... 2 yards? We got 2 yards!

Exactly, you said it perfectly!
I thought Carolina would at least be one of the high seeds again this year, and it just shows, you cant base next year off this year.
you can but you will be wrong on some right on others.
The Cowboys should be in the playoffs next year, but no reason to think they go further next time.

Like the defense, are our players that bad or is it the DC >>??
I think Marinelli is outdated and this bend dont break thing is too.
He cant blitz good, and his zone pkg is lame, and he just wont allow jamming and man on man coverage except at times.

linehan is creative, and has some good plays, but at times his play calling and thinking is just plain dumb.

And JG...... well he needs about 10 more years of learning on the job , then maybe he can do the job.
