Its funny. We were upset because he wasn't conservative in the Lions game now the complaint is that he's too conservative. lol

How dare we expect him to react differently to two totally different situations!

Do you apologists even think before you post?

I think this year's Cowboys will go down as the "Almost Boys." Losing every game in the 4th quarter is getting really old.

This is JG's 4th year as OC. Why does the offense still look so clueless lining up?

Ryan is in his first year as the DC and didn't even have one off season yet his defense look less confused then the offense.
.

I ask this on a weekly basis.

It cannot be said enough that New England came into the game with the WORST DEFENSE in the NFL.

That's the WORST. DEFENSE. IN. THE. NFL.

WORST

DEFENSE

IN

THE

NFL

I'm tired of being losing and being proud of how we played. It's getting a bit old.

This.

There comes a point in time that you actually have to start winning again. There's always going to be tough players, tough venues, tough circumstances. However, at some point in 14 years, you have to overcome them.

No. We are upset because his play calling just befuddles us in certain situations.

It's not about conservative or aggressive. It's about situational football, which is supposed to be his strong suit.

Well, when you're up 24 points you don't go totally aggressive. When you're up 3 points you also shouldn't be totally conservative with 2 minutes left -- gotta close it out.

Two totally different scenarios. Up 24 points against the Lions at home vs. up only 3 points against Tom Brady on the road.

Ppl need to stop complaining. You ask for Garrett to take control of Romo late in the game and that is what he did today. Now you call really see how much this team needs Romo play making!!!!!!

So much for JG getting his players ready to play, better practice habits blah..blah...blah.. This guy is so overrated as an OC. We still have the same problems we have had past 4 years.

I'd take Sparano back in a heart beat to be our OC. Too bad it won't happen until after the season and Rob leaves for a HC job.

I just don't have any faith in Garrett as a red-zone playcaller. He is trash at that

:lmao2: Us Garrett Haters don't even need to say anything. It's pretty self-explanatory this week

What is up with Spencer?
Beats me. Two really bonehead plays, roughing the passer and running into the kicker. Both times he had a chance to stop himself and just continued to make two plays that cost us dearly.

He has shown some flashes, so I'll give him a pass, but he'd better get his head in the game. Soon.

Ok..here is the explanation.....

GARRETT DOES NOT TRUST ROMO ANYMORE

That's why he is conservative esp in tight situations

I understand the disappointment. But I'm really encouraged by what I've seen.
I think this team is still about a year or two away from a Super Bowl. Our offensive line obviously has to grow in experience. We need a pounder at running back (Trent/Lattimore). We have a new defensive coordinator, and we have some pieces on the offense at the quarterback, tight end and receiver position.
We held the high-powered Patriots to 20 points at home, where it's difficult to beat them.
We have a relatively easy schedule. I say we get back to 3-3 and see what we can do after that.
The division crown is still in sight.
Be encouraged.

Encourage about what? I mean please, they lost again, never never never never be encouraged about a loss man. This team lacks something, and I dont think they will ever find it.

And the Dallas QB is freaking Tony Romo who has failed in that situation, multiple times this year alone.

You put your team in the best position to win. With the lead and limited time, running is not some sort of invitation to be beaten in the last second.

Brady is going to score anyway, if Romo throws a pick so what?

We played a good game on the road against a very good and tough team. We didn't execute a couple of times in the redzone and came away with field goals instead of TD'S. Other than that, we did fine. I don't have any blame for anyone, I am proud of how we played. :star:

Trained to accept mediocrity, eh? You're Jerry Jones' dream fan.

What makes it worse is Garrett will say the the whole team needs improve in some areas when the reality of the situation is, if the offense would hold their own Dallas would be 5-0.

I agree with this.

To count on beating NE is goofy. The Cowboys hung with them and came up just a little short.

The rest of the schedule isn't that hard. 8-3 is doable.

Why do people say this? What does what people were "counting on" have to do with anything? They played the game, and we were in in prime position to win it, and they blew it. Again. That is all that matters.

Shovel Pass and not one pass to Byrant inside the 10 when you know ****ing all too well well you need a TD not a field goal...cause Brady probably is going to do just what he did.

Perfect.

..."can't trust Romo.....that's ALL that call was about...same with the runs at the end...gotta protect turnover Tony from losing another game: backfired. Simply put: just backfired.
