What was it on?
Disney+
What was it on?
Just finished it. The last ten minutes saved it for me.Watched the Guardians of the Galaxy Holiday Special last night. I enjoyed it and will probably watch it again.
The halo losing power gets explained.
She never asked to be the Warrior Nun. Don't forget, she spent most of her life sheltered, and her fighting skills are only what she's learned since accidentally acquiring the halo.
I love the show, personally, and I think there will be a season 3, at least I hope so.
Okay, I watched the last episode and I understand the failing halo now. But I don't understand the Warrior Nun Boo-hooing at precisely the moment should should be fighting. I cannot imagine Captain America taking a 5 minute break in the middle of a battle to whimper and wince while the world is about to end as we know it. That was a very chick thing to do.
Is that the show where a bunch of people showed up who were presumed lost on a flight, or something like that?I don't know if anyone is watching Manifest. I finished season 4 last night. Trust me, this is not a well written or acted show. It's really B movie stuff crammed into a 4 season series, and will probably go 1 or 2 more seasons.
It started with a really interesting concept, a science fiction mystery. This season there are parts which were intended to be serious, even thrilling, but they made me laugh because of the poor acting. At this point they are just dragging out the big mystery and it is getting stupid. They probably should have ended it with season 3, or even 2. It looks like they don't know how to end it or explain it so they just keep dragging it out until someone finally cancels it. I think it was originally an NBC production but it was cancelled and picked up by Netflix. I read the producers wanted it to be 6 seasons which to me is just way too much. It is time to wrap it up.

Well, she never asked to be the Warrior Nun. It was thrust upon her, like Buffy Somers, who also was reluctant and terrified at times.
Still on the subject of Warrior Nun, for those of you who don't want to read spoilers about it.I get it. I was expressing my opinion, or preference, for the warriors I watch on TV. She is the first "Warrior" I have seen that breaks into a boo-hoo-fest when the fight is at hand. I understand what she is or who she is. I am just questioning if this kind of character makes a good Warrior Nun. Does she ever become a warrior? Because if the future of the planet depends on her, I would be worried. But at the same time I see how a character like Lilith as Warrior Nun might make the show less interesting.

I'm guessing you never got into watching Buffy? I agree, it's a little hard to take when the hero seems weak at times, but if they continue to battle, even though they're so terrified, that's actually more heroic than someone who goes into it always having the confidence to think they'll win. It's like the heroes who go on a mission, knowing the odds are 99% that they won't be coming back, but they're willing to sacrifice themselves for everyone else.
She seemed to get it together in the final few moments of the season. Assuming there's another one, I we'll see a very different person, for better or worse.Never watched Buffy. Don't get me wrong, I like the Warrior Nun series. I just hope the boo-hooing nun grows a pair as we get through another season.
All this hubbub over Yellowstone and I just realized they're only up to season 4. I was looking for S5. Lol
Then I guess Peacock is a season behind?Season 5 is the current season
