Official Tashard Choice Thread **MERGED**

I honestly don't mind. Tashard is from Georgia. Was going to HS when Vick started in the NFL. I'm sure he's a fan of the guy. Players can still be fans in this league.

Even if its for his 3 year old nephew its wrong. Who teaches 3 year olds to idolize Mike Vick? There is a kid with no chance in life
. What kind of parent would teach a 3 year old that Mike Vick is a role model? bizarre either way.

Get over yourself. You probably kiss your dog in the mouth. Talking about a 3 year old kid, that is absolutely pathetic.

Wow. Who cares? What if it's the only time it's been done in the history of the NFL? Who cares? What if it happens every week? What if TC has a little nephew who's a huge Vick fan from his Atlanta days and he's doing something nice for Christmas? What if he's got a pile of autographed memorabelia that he sleeps on every night at his home? Some of you guys are just looking for the silliest things to overreact to.

Hmm.. this is odd, but I agree?

Seriously though, at least Choice didn't have a huge grin on his face. He wasn't yucking it up or joking around. Could've been for alot of reasons. Not a big deal.

The Eagles had a plane to catch. Choice was handling some business. He can't help it if the media flosses their supreme reality skills.

Again...players sign stuff after games all the time. They have about an hour after the game ends before the buses leave for the airport.

It was a dumb move by Tashard Choice.

I could hear Philly fan laughing all over the nation after they saw that.

Talk about a laughing stock.

If they cared about winning they would be miserable right after they lose. Maybe i'm too serious, maybe I need to calm down, but it kills me to lose a game in a rec lacrosse league. The last thing I want to do is shake the other team's hands. It's nothing against them, some of them are great players. I don't care. I want to get the heck out of the gym before anybody can say "wow, that kid's a loser"

Can't you feel miserable about losing and be respectful to another player, including praying with them after the game and seeking their autograph?

Humans have the ability to compartmentalize their emotions and smile in the face of defeat and continue on with their lives.

Furthermore, I find it interesting you're more interested in what people say about you, calling you a loser. So if you shake the opponent's hand, that means you're a loser?

And what if you lose? You're already a loser. How does shaking the opponent's hand make you less of a loser than you already are?

It's funny, you're right about that observation. Everything other aspect in my life I've mellowed but the surge of anger I get from the Cowboys sometimes has never left me. I don't act on it anymore...but I feel the same.
I'm basing this largely off of my dad - a lifelong Cowboys fan - who hardly says anything during games anymore :laugh2: But I'll ask him and I bet he says it doesn't matter what happened after the game.

anybody defending this, please turn in your fan card asap. none of our true legends from the past would do such a disgraceful thing.

Come on Bleu... at least admit it didnt sit well with you to see that embarrassing display.

Im not saying cut Choice. And I know you might be his biggest fan. But admit that was just wrong..

Initially it didn't but, after seeing what he tweeted, my suspicions were confirmed.. No big deal to me.

That's true too. I know nothing of TC's life he could have a younger brother, other family member that's a big Vick fan and wants a signed glove from Vick. Either way I don't really care.

This should kill the idiotic thread but it won't....
I wish he wouldn't have explained it myself, no reason to ruin an awesome thread like this one.

So your Choice man crush is as strong as Choice's is for Vick.:)

Did he seriously put that on twitter already? The game just ended... How has he had the time to shower, interviews, post game meeting and now he is tweeting?

Maybe that cell phone rang with a call from a certain agent saying "Damage control, DAMAGE CONTROL!!!!"

man, I just wish I could reach over and smack every single one of you who want to look at things like Choice getting the autograph & Garrett smiling after the game that has nothing to do with the actual game, when you should be giving the defense a mouth full of F bombs... TC twitter by the way, even though he doesn't need anyone to defend him... TC : Listen y'all I know vick. That glove was for my nephew who is 3. Not for me

Something tells me you would change your mind about smacking me if you were sitting next to me.

Whatever makes you happy.

Well, considering you think the signing of a glove represents the downfall of society, maybe you're in need of some happiness. :laugh2:

You can have some of mine if you'd like. :)

Is that the same nephew that Babe Ruth promised to hit a home run for?
