If you can't make passes accurately and consistently at 10-20 yards you have no business being a QB.
The point isn't that Prescott made the throws accurately and consistently. The point is that the only player who was more accurate and consistent was Tom Brady. And these are throws that make up more than 90% of all attempts in the NFL.
If you value a QB who's been consistently successful on targets beyond 20 yards, there is someone available. His last two seasons:

Just be aware of what he did on his other 500+ attempts.

That first set of numbers represents about 5 attempts per game, while the second set represents 25 attempts. On 5 of 30 attempts in a typical game, he is an elite QB. On the other 25 attempts, he's below average.
That adds up to being average.
