Because if you stay out too long fans will be forgetting more and more about you as the legend of Austin grows and yours doesn't. I know you might have issues about not getting the ball. I, too, think you have not had your chances as much as Witten or Crayfish. But as of this writing, you are no Witten and no Crayfish. Sorry.

And you keep talking about your "role," or lack of it. Just like when you met with Jason Garrett last year. And that makes me think you are even more frustrated this season than you let on as you fade into the woodwork.

As to them sore ribs, you must really have been injured to not make the team plane, so I hope you feel better quickly. Not cause we need ya but because it's best if Jones gets his money out of you. Well, just a bit of money. We'd even welcome you as a diversion. Special teams, anything.
:D

Miles has one great game, and suddenly, he is a #1 WR.

Let's see him do this a couple of times before we annoint him.

Simmer down over there, its one game, let him be the focus that'll make RW better anyway...

I got dis from a quote that said "Because if you stay out too long fans will be forgetting more and more about you as the legend of Earl Morrel grows,"
by Stanley Krepukowski, an avid fan whose kept a diary long ago and who went on to develop the fiberous optic lens system named the Krepukowski Fiberous Lens System, later shortened to Krep.

Williams
Games 4 Started 4 Rec 11 Yards 214 TD 1

Austin
Games 5 Started 1 Rec 15 Yards 331 TD 3

Austin sure looks like the best receiver we have so far.

he has...i know its just pre season, but look back at preseason laster yr....

and look back at the green bay game

and theres a reason Romo would gush about him, and the coaching staff, obviously he would tear it up in practice

hes going to say Austin has had more opportunities

and uh no...austin just gets open, and when hes not, he makes a great play..which =trust with him and the QB

dont get me wrong, i like Roy Williams, i dont want to bench him, just Start Austin along with him

Both are big, 1's faster and quicker, and is a play maker

the other is a great possession guy, that catches hard passes

they compliment each other

it would open things up for marty B n witten

Um. No I'm not. Want to try again?

no...because i know what i know and see

i play football...so talent, recognizes talent

i see what he has and can do, if Crayton had a game like this...it would be nice, but i know the talent he is at the end of the day

Austin has number 1 WR talent

Yes, this would be the obvious solution for me since Crayton seems to dominate the slot. But I would want Romo to look for Austin first since he is the one that makes the big plays and makes the most out of his opportunities.

You said I was going to come back and say Austin has had more opportunities than Roy Williams. That thought never even entered my mind. So again.... let's try this one more time.

Want to attempt to read my mind one more time?

Secondly.... I do like Austin's skill set he brings to the team. But I'm not going to annoint him after one week. Though, after Crayton's week, I wouldn't mind seeing Austin start against Atlanta. And if Austin sucks, you can move back to Crayton the following week if Crayton out performs Austin. And if he doesn't, you keep Austin in the starting spot.

Lastly... LOL at "talent" recognizing talent.

You are nowhere near Austin.

No one has ever designed a coverage to take away Miles Austin. Let's see what happens if and when that happens and then we can call him a #1.

He has his moments but then he drops balls and runs imprecise routes that get Romo intercepted like last week in Denver. Hopefully he continues to progress cause he has all the tools to be a #1 WR but hes not there yet IMO.

I'll chug beer.

But to the best of my knowledge, I've never chugged a bear.

I think that just comes from lack of experience, but the more he plays, the better he will get at routes/being on the same page with Romo.

But teams will put their #1 CB on whoever they think the best WR is. If that player is Austin, so be it.
