OL is the primary problem

Propped up against terrible defenses. Swear I’ve heard that the past 3 seasons about Dallas.

I already agreed the team could use upgraded weapons, after the offensive line and QB is fully upgraded. Plus the bulk of the defense needs upgrading. The “main” issue is plural and multifaceted. The old bugs bunny trying to plug holes in the ship’s hull.

How is the ol so bad? Can’t run block. Can’t pass block. Dak is not good enough to win without some type of run game- not many qbs are. Ol is playing pathetic

Out dated run blocking scheme that doesn’t best fit our personnel, combined with 2 rookies and RBs that are over the hill and PS caliber at best! Salari first entered the league back in the early 80s and has always been a middling level coach. Shottenheimer is another who’s greatest accomplishment in the league has been somehow finding another job after his latest failure!

I never said Dak was the only problem. Do you remember how this conversation got started? Jerry is the first elephant in the room. Dak is the second. Fixing the o-line does nothing if Dak is still the QB. How hard is that to comprehend?

I responded the way I did because you said “Nothing matters until changes are made with the top 2.” So, I took that you were saying Jerry and Dak are the 2 problems that, if eleminated, make all the other problems start to go away. Are you saying Dak has never been a quality QB? I’m saying he has been even if he’s NEVER been the Elite player Jerry keeps trying to make us believe he is. I will continue to say Dak can be the QB on a team that gets far in the playoffs IF the FO and coaches finally understand he AIN’T gonna be the reason you got there. That’s all.

Both sides of the ball have issues. Even when the defense is healthy, it can't stop the run. The offense is a mess with 2 rookies , an underperforming right tackle, and one of the worst rb rooms in the NFL.

No problem at all...this is how it's SUPPOSED to be. Other folks on here I've had these convos with have literally insinuated they are planning to come up to the DMV to "see me". That's what this site is slowly turning into. Sad.

There are also many on here who imho don’t know what a football is. Geez!

Nah man, it's the OL coach, all these guys regressed from last year...like how do you accomplish that?

Martin and Steele are not good players. Both could easily be replaced on the cheap. We are paying for filet and getting fed cheap lunch meat.

Sure, but that's not what my post was about. It was about rebuilding using younger guys.
