Amazing how this GREAT WALL of Dallas has crumbled to pieces in what seems like two seasons
It's unforunate but not shocking if you think about it.

2011, 2013, and 2014 where when the 3 main fixtures where drafted and all 3 where day 1 starters.

2016ish was the golden oppurtunity to strike, window is gone now

Nice post. Yup, gotta seize the moment when it's there. Year to year league of incredible parity and worst to first turnarounds that don't seem to sustain themselves beyond one season.

Window just might be shut.

Go Cowboys

Might be time to think tackle with our 1st pick if someone slides...
the once vaunted offensive line along with Tony Romo were wasted just like everything the hell else was from 2010-2019... actually, add Wade "Camp Cupcake" Phillips' tenure into that as well.

What's it going to be then, eh?

Exactly........what does this say about him ( McGovern )? Not healthy, still needs time, not as far along as they'd hope. Hell, does this not suggest he's not even 2nd string.
I wonder if we still looooooooove McGovern like Garrett said during last year's draft.

We should sign Dez and make him a blocking tight end or OL at this point
Please stop. He even admits he could not play with his hand in the ground all he would be good for is contested passes.

You might as well sign Romo back for high pressure third down pass situations.

Yup, I remember. We couldn't afford to resign him when his contract was up and left to be a starter at Denver. Been a noticeable decline at LG since he left too.
The line hasn't been as dominant since.

Go Cowboys
I agree, shouldve given him the 7 or 8 mil a year he wanted

wait Leary is the best we can do or is it because he knows this Jason Garrett system we are running?

Not at all. The start of training camp McCarthy said offensive line is going to be experienced players only (due to limited interaction this off-season) and that if McGovern/Biadasz see reps it will be as the season progresses
Terrance Steele says hello.

if leary is better than mcgovern and biadasz inside there are some really big problems here
I think we have bug problems. They may develop later but right now we're hurting.

im dont get Fans McGovern was on IR all last year odd short to no off season this year with new coaches and for sure his natural position is GURAD hes not unseating Martin and Cwill plays better then people give his credit for, so he will be brought along slower. We need some VET savvy on the line right now and Leary would be good choice, LC will be back game 4 and maybe we start gelling by then..not sure if Cwill will get replaced by leary or is leary simply the swing G on game day..

Obviously Baladais is rookie and will need time

most say Hill was bust, umm hes playing better now and maybe by year 4 hes a solid player.. fans are far to used to getting lucky with guys like Dak, Zeke, Tsmith, Martin, Fredrick etc that were ready day 1 to start, not always the case..

Might not be a bad idea

But we start a undrafted FA rookie over a Vet?
