Lamb isn't really a replacement since he was already a starting receiver and already in a role where he got the most targets and receptions on the team.

Brown is the one new to a starting/front line role and getting the snap count that went to Cooper last year.

Cooper was still considered the #1 WR and the first read. And now that he’s gone Lamb and company move up the ladder. Lamb had a role last year but he moved to the top of the totem pole this year.

then we agree. That said 14m with a rising cap is still too much to pay Schulz and would still have him making elite level money for the position for the next few years.

so again you’re just talking to talk at this point

Ahh, so you repeatedly claim I said the opposite of what I did, then after being called on it several times you pretend that what I actually said agrees with what you have said.

But no, it doesn't.

You have, and still are, trying to compare contracts as if the market conditions when Kittle signed 2 years ago are the same as they are today. Again, that's bogus. The only reason a contract for Njoku or Schultz may not be as far below Kittle as you might expect is because Kittle's contract was negotiated 2 years ago when the market wasn't as high as it is today. Clearly, neither expected the kind of contract an elite TE like Kelce would get in today's market, yet that's what you claim anyway.

You also still ignore the full terms of the contracts because that doesn't fit your narrative.

Of course, you argued as if I said the Cowboys need to sign Schultz to a big contract, which I did not, so why should I be surprised?

There seems to be no end to what you will falsify for the sake of the narrative.

You’ve brought nothing here. Kick rocks.
