Yep, they do. But look at how much of a start it gave Wade before Garrett took over. We had a lot of work to do on defense. Unfortunately for recent Cowboys teams, you need both sides of the ball to be really competitive in this league.

It was reported at .590 w/a healthy Romo. JG's record is .500. We also lost every last game of the regular season under JG, with a health Romo, that would have put this team on the playoffs.

And sorry we didn't have Romo healthy for the last game of 2013. He broke his hand the week prior in the Giants game.....

What did JG inherit from Wade that was aging terribly? We cut Gurode/Flo early and Romo suffered for it. We replaced the OL w/3 1st rounders and a gem in Collins over 5 seasons. The D still had Ware, Spencer, Hatcher, Ratliff, and Newman when JG took over.

10 years is hyperbole, but I agree overall.

i'm not a Garrett fan, but he goes when Romo goes. That's the only thing that makes sense to me.
