I hate that crap, that's why I sold my apartments. Hated dealing with that.

it is a good investment as one property may have tripled in price while the other one may have gone up by 60%
dealing with these tenants sucks totally

Odd! For my " between the lines" detector is picking up on something,,, prolly nothing, but prolly more attributed to the approach of planet Nibiru due on it's 38,000 year orbit ,,,nothing to be alarmed about,,,
