Opinion: Cooper Rush is never giving the starting job back

One of the main issues with Prescott is that the offense deviates from the run game in an attempt to justify his ludicrous contract when a) the offense can run the ball well and b) Prescott isn't a difference maker with the ball in his hands. Rush just keeps it simple with the offense allowing the defense to chip in which results in a formula. Play the hot hand...

Rush will be benched and still be undefeated, then with Dak we'll go on a losing streak. Rush will never play again on the Cowboys and joins another team next year.

Rush fits this offense better. More accurate and makes quick decisions. He still isn’t the answer but Dak isn’t either with his overpriced contract.
