Past history might be playing a factor here....................the Cowboys have historically struggled in December, especially against our division rivals...............we have been eliminated in each of the past three seasons by every one of our rivals.

Its not week 17, but Sunday is basically an elimination game for us when it comes to the division title. If we lose, pretty much eliminates any realistic chance we have to win the division. Philly would have to lose out to both Washington and New York (a pair of sub 500 teams) and we would have to win out (including a win over the Colts).

Highly unlikely that Philly beats us and then loses back to back games against sub 500 teams and us win out all at the same time.............so this Sunday is like an elimination game for us and people remember how the last 3 seasons have ended.

None of that has to do with Sunday in regards to the past. Leave the past where it is.
