Opinion: The Randle experiment is over

And nobody can say Murray was just going through the motions against a nameless, faceless team:
His passion for this game was on full display. He was hating every minute on that field because of what was happening.

That guy used every ounce of energy on every single play and rushed for inches per carry.

If Murray rushed for 2 yards on 13 carries for this team...

One thing Randle does a lot better than DMC is get skinny through a hole. McFadden has a bit of patience but he needs a decent sized hole to get any yards.

atleast that is how I think you must of misunderstood otherwise who is our best RB (don't say Dunbar because right now he is just WR as far as I am concerned).

Yeah? And?
We are talking historically bad numbers from a guy coming off a historically great season.
How many threads have been made saying he's going to be physically washed this year after the toll he took?

The OL is bad for them, yes.
Our OL performed about as bad this game and Randle didn't rush for inches on the rush.
He fought. He toughed out some tough yards and his OL did him no favors just like Murray's.

Murray fought for tough yards and had success for maybe one play near the goal at the end.
That was it.

uhhhh are we comparing Randle to Murray of today or Murray of last year? Because Murray of last year obviously had alot of help obviously
 
Im not even concerned about Murray. I dont even care.

It the Dallas Cowboys Running Game I am concerned about. We pretty much abandoned the run anyways....

Why is that the case? We cant take games over anymore, running the football. What has changed?

wow i forgot about this fact because it is very obvious this line is not opening up holes like they did last year. Is that just struggling more or coaching?

You need to start giving credit towards the talent on the other side of the field instead of being so myopic.
I was saying all week this Eagles team has real talent on their front 7.
They held Murray down both games last year.
Remember that? Of course you don't. I did.

Randle isn't awful, he is just not a lead back. He's a complimentary back only.

The blocking is bad and the 1st down playcalling is telling a bunch of pros the exact play we are running.

No space is being created.


The great Demarco Murray is garbage without space as well and he'd be lucky if he had as many yards as Randle does behind our line this year.

Predictability is a problem right now.
 
This O-Line is better than they showed today, pride will make them step it up next week. Also Philly has one of the strongest lines we will face this year

yeah....have to credit you for this Sultan. I just started a thread about missing Leary, but we probably miss Callahan even more. Gonna credit you in that thread with an excellent point.

So Randle is a 1,200 yard back?? A 1,000 yard back? No way. I like Randle, I really do, but he isn't our bell cow. In fact I think he would do really well in Kelly 's scheme as a compliment.

I don't think we want a bell cow but either way you aren't going to find a guy who would produce much more with what has been presented.


Heck he got us out of some bad plays that most backs couldn't have.

We need to be less predictable because right now there are more guys to block then we have men and no space to run.

Melvin Gordon might have been our best case scenario this past winter in free agency and I don't think he could have done any better so far.

What the hell can you do with this scheme with NO #1 WR?? Now we don't have a QB! We can at least see if Cmike can be one. If he isn't then oh well, nothing lost. I never said Randle was bad, we just need a bruiser to take pressure off of Weeds. The Oline needs that as well IMO

Gees, not sure many Russe a whole lot of yards right now against these Eagles D line with the way our oline is struggling with. creating holes
