Two vets one through the draft .
Darius Slay . Eagles chose to pay the HR hitting RB a huge amount of $$ and Slay is one of the contract casualties . At 34 he’s the the same age as Stephon Gillmore who for between 7-8 million the Jones family let walk last year .
DJ Reed would be a very nice FA pickup off the Jets roster and at 28 is hitting his prime . Probably take 3 yrs 36 million to nab him then pair him with Bland next season. .
Tre Amos . Ole Miss . If Dallas covets the CB position you can’t wait until round five to get a starter . It would take round 2 pick 44 but then you have him under rookie contract control let him learn things from Bland. The Chiefs are said to like Amos early day 2 of the draft .
