opinions will be justified or debunked in a few weeks.

Here's to the overall health of our team...

Thank goodness we've got an abundance of CBs this year -- if that had happened in years past, it would have been far more difficult to overcome. At any rate, here's hoping Oscan's recovery goes as well as possible.

Our depth is good
Curious if they bring in another cb or keep one of the young kids on the roster
Been reading some good stuff on a couple of them

You know when an acl goes - your lower leg feels like it is just hanging from your muscles, and then of course, there is the pop.
Sucks - a major major blow IMO

I have no idea how some of you can be comfortable with the fact that we lost our best corner for the season when our defense is notoriously lousy against the pass.

This is very bad.

There you have it....

Time to pack it in.

He's a yappy mouth, spirited player and a good locker room player.

But this is not a deflating situation.

I have yet to see a team that was fully functional being led by a cornerback, much less one who is not exactly top of the line.

I agree. And to add. If we make it through the preseason with Scandrick as our only significant loss, I will consider us relatively lucky. Especially since pro bowl players have been dropping like flies.

I hate to say it, but after watching the video, I wouldn't be surprised if there's meniscal damage and/or MCL pathology. Tough, tough loss.

Mo gets his last shot to prove he was worth taking. If he can't, I look for Byron Jones to get the start. I don't see Dallas wanting to start White based on his play as a starter for NO, but he's probably been playing the best among all the corners.

Don't know where Patmon fits in at this point. I wouldn't think he's looked at as being in the top three at corner at the moment.

Yeah I'd imagine the starters at corner will be Claiborne and Carr. Then if Mo underperforms I could see Byron taking his starting spot. Then have White and Patmon rotating in a lot.

I don't think anyone is comfortable with it
But the reality is you have to move forward
He will be missed but it's a sad part of the game

Speaking about 1, 2.. and 100 is still misogyny. The fact you don't think it is, says a lot about why this discussion is even occurring.

Misogyny is prejudice against WOMEN. Unless you have reason to believe that the comments were an indictment of women as a whole and not just ONE specific woman, you were wrong to call this misogyny.

Scandrick's chick, in particular, has a terrible reputation that she earned all by herself. And anyone "blaming" her for this injury was obviously joking.

No one likes it, but we drafted a first-round corner. We have another first-rounder on the roster who hasn't lived up to his potential ... yet. We were looking about six-deep at corner, which is deeper than we are at some other positions, and while Scandrick is our best corner, I don't think the drop-off is as great there as it is at some of the other spots.

Quite frankly, I'm still more concerned about linebacker and running back than I am corner.
