When a guy drops and says,"It's my ACL" I start thinking about plan B. I'd be pleasantly stunned if Scandrick plays this year.

Again, I was and still am merely hoping for the best -- not going to apologize for that. I would certainly agree that things look pretty bleak but until the doctors have their say, it's not considered absolutely conclusive. I'd certainly be pleased as well if it's not season ending.

This sucks, no doubt. Absolutely terrible news.

From a football standpoint, I feel we can weather this injury better than at other positions.

Carr is still solid. Claiborne is having his best camp ever. Jones is proving to be a very good player. Patmon has really come on. And White has been quite a find.

I think we will be ok.

I agree, if it's season-ending, people, haters, and especially the media will make it bigger than it really is (not that it's not bad news). They will make him out to be a perineal all-pro to justify saying how much it weakens the Cowboys.

If Lee can stay healthy that will help too... Lee is a beast in the middle of the field... are there many other players who have incepted Manning twice and gotten a TD off of him... much less in the same game

You never, ever wanna see an injury like this but it just gave Claiborne his shot... it's time to shine. He said this is the healthiest he's felt since college so let's roll. This is what he was drafted for. I think Patmon will be fine in the slot.

The bigger concern is replacing one corner on this roster because this is not exactly something you can go pick up off the street. It is hard.

I have to admit I have not paid much attention to the fringe dwellers at corner in camp.

I have read Broaddus blurbs where some of the bottom dwellers were making waves.
