It's known that they exist. Team 6 was dissolved in 1987 and in turn created the United States Naval Special Warfare Development Group. (DEVGRU).

The no such team (United States Naval Special Warfare Development Group) is based in Dam Neck, Virginia.

I think his point was, that no one here would know people who are in team 6. They wouldn't be allowed that kind of contact. Its not like they just talk about it with their buddies.

It was reported that the helicopter malfunction was a very tense moment. The other moment that I hadn't heard discussed here yet was when Pakistan sent F16s up to shoot down the helicopters on their way back out, because they had not been alerted to what was going on. We got to them before things got too hairy.

I don't think their military or any paramilitary organization would dare interfere overtly. But Bin Laden just wouldn't have been there anymore if anything had leaked out.
