You can tell anyone you're a Seal but you cannot discuss classified material. If an action is classified then you can't discuss it. It's that simple. I was attached to Delta Force thru the 7th Cavalry as part of a forward MAST unit. I could have told anyone of that fact.

It's been shown on CNN for about an hour or so now. I think it's real. There's also a couple more of Obama on the phone and of himself focused intently on the screen.

I so want to ask my brother-in-law if he had anything to do with verifying this stuff. He decodes Pharsee for the NSA and his particular assignments are Taliban and Al Qaeda.

The problem is, he can't tell me. The only reason I know what he does at all is because he received an award from Tommie Franks himself at McDill.

He's being deployed to Afghanistan in a little over a month. Unless this changes his detail.

I'm not sure what tomson75 is talking about, because the SEALS that were involved in this will probably never be know. They are the best of the best SEALS in the Navy recruited from other SEAL teams to form this "TEAM 6" which does not exist. That is how secret that unit is...

tomson75 may know some SEALS, but he, me, you, or anyone else not in the know will never find out who those men are.

It's a great day in American History, and the fight is not over, and never will be, that is just the way it is and has been for ages and ages and ages.
