***Osama Bin Laden Is Dead...US Forces Have His Body***

I think his point was, that no one here would know people who are in team 6. They wouldn't be allowed that kind of contact. Its not like they just talk about it with their buddies.

"Hey man, i just got recruited to a secret Navy SEAL team.. oh hey, btw, don't tell anybody."

Exactly. That's why I was curious.

My guess is a case of pure bullhonkey.. the poster doesn't have friends in seal team 6. There's no way he would ever know, even if they were his friends.

lmao....suuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuureeeeeee....... Stop talking out of your ***. Your brother could be in DEVGRU and you wouldn't know.

You all are misguided.

I know plenty of SEALS. Mostly in team 2, and SDVT 2.

While most don't brag about being a team guy, they don't go out of their way, nor are they forbidden to disclose that they are.

Hell, most of them have a trident tatoo somewhere on them.

CNN says they're going to interview a guy who brought his son to the White House to share in the excitement with him.

They cut to the shot, and it's a father holding a picture of his son killed in Afghanistan, and a folded American flag.

The father says he had to be here, to spend this time with his son. Not gonna lie, it got damn dusty in here real quick.

EDIT:

CNN saying Osama's older brother wants the body released to the family to be buried among his own.

My thought? Go fishing, mother ******. Maybe he'll pop up on the next season of Deadliest Catch.

:lmao2:

Yeah...I've got a handful of friends that are US Army Special Forces ("green berets") as well as a friend who's a SFOD-D Operator (Delta Force).

It's not like they're "nameless/faceless" but they don't brag.

Pretty sure I've found a couple of the Seal members who were responsible.

I was laying new carpet in my home all day yesterday and was just too tired to watch the news last night, so I'm just now learning this...and on CZ. Lol. Who needs CNN? CZ has me covered.

We are awesome.

You are welcome!

Ignorant.

You think us troops here at home just sit around and do regular jobs and just get called up when it's time to deploy and go?

Always training, always preparing, always defending the nation at home as well as abroad when called upon.

Pick up a book or use Google and learn something, sheesh.
Oh how naive some can be. :lmao:

I'm sure your special ops forces buddies are doing fine. But what about the ones that aren't Jack Bauer?

You may want to take your own advice and do some research on the subject...

Several of my friends have posted this on FB.

Now I lay me down to sleep,
one less terrorist this world does keep,
with all my heart I give my thanks,
to those in uniform regardless of ranks,
you serve our country and serve it well,
with humble hearts your stories tell.
So as I rest my weary eyes,
while freedom rings our flag still flies,
you give your all, do what you must...
with God we live and God we trust....Amen

There's no such thing as team 6.

Where are your buddies stationed?

Two in Virginia Beach. I know a couple more SEALs, but I don't know where they are at this point.

I can't keep up with the divisons/labels and who is in charge of who these days....not really my area of expertise at this point. Hell, i didn't even know Force REcon Marines were called something new until a few months ago when I saw an old friend. That stuff doesn't matter to me....they are who they are, regardless of what they're called, or under what fold of the JSOC they fall under.

SEALs can tell whoever the hell they want. You watch too many movies if you think otherwise. There are levels within JSOC that these guys operate in, and SEALs are a dime a dozen. All but one of my friends is completely open about it...he was my best friend in HS, my co-captain. He is the only one I can't get a hold of. I still talk to his wife, but she's pretty mum about his activities...as she should be. This makes me think that he's on another level...and that whatever it is he's doing, its pretty bad ***.

The other guys, well I'm sure they're kicking butt in SEALs, but if you want to find them....it isn't hard.
