Nothing like giving a struggling 49ers offense a dose of this defense to give them false hope of offensive improvement.......

If everyone is making predictions. Than I'll make mines. Were going to be 8-8 once again - unless proven otherwise.

My name is Cowboys=SuperBowl beacause if we don't get the Lombardi, the season is bust. As far as my OPINION on the first seven games, it is my analysis and I am in NO WAY "dragging" you guys and gals down with me to the road of optimism! So I apologize for for that! LOL. Sheesh! Some forum members have their belts on too tight! GO COWBOYS!!!!(Cuz that is all that matters ABOVE ALL here)

And welcome back. :)

When will you all get it?

There are no average or below average QB's when facing us. Garbage or not, players and teams wake up to play us. They love it, and are ready.

Let's not get to excited, and just see how this plays out, because the same people looking ahead and scratching off wins, will be the same ones when things go south, to come on here and start bashing the team, Jerry, Red, Romo and start throwing in the towel.

Or when things go south, come on here making excuse

Those pesky injuries.

That darn salary cap.

I really feel 6-10 this year. eagles are going to be very tough with fast offense. Commanders have a monster running game and defense can get pressure. even if they were terrible they always play Dallas extremely close. giants? I dont know lol. they look awful but Eli can lob ball up to cruz and it just seems to happen every time.

many of these teams have very strong pass rusher and it only takes one stunt to get a shot on Romo. better believe teams will be planning to take risks to hit him,. the offense line has to dominate games running the ball and not let Romo get hit. can they do that? will be hard

We saw last year that it doesn't matter how horribly regarded a QB is, if the defense can't get pressure on him or stop him then his reputation doesn't matter.

This defense has enough question marks that no QB should be looked at as "not good enough".

Did you run down to Lowe's and get yourself a grease board and hang it next to your computer so you could keep record?

When were you elected secretary of the board?

Good morning, Soldier...you still love Mom, even with a positive personality towards yourself.

Other than the Rams last year, yeah. Almost never. That makes the wins nail biters and the losses gut-wrenching. Add them up, and that's, like, 14 weeks of the season. I've never thought about it before, but maybe that--more than the wins or losses themselves--is what's got Cowboys fans everywhere so collectively nervous and unsatisfied. We rarely get that nice feeling of just whooping somebody. And we rarely get whooped. Everything's a damn cliffhanger every week.

No..... We got whopped a few times last year :D

A lot is hinging on the defense this season, but not everything. What looks like a high octane offense must prove it can consistently put points on the board. It would be nice if it does not stub itself in the foot with stupid penalties or error prone turnovers that stutter or kill drives. Hopefully, our coverage on special teams shall be equally consistent and prevent easy points off huge kick and punt returns. Finally, coaching must be flexible in its gameday approach. If the other team counters what we do best, we must adapt as well. No more Green Bay second halves.

I think in the GB game the problem was that our coaching staff tried to outsmart everyone by passing, when instead the actually should not have changed the gameplan at all and just kept running the ball. I understand what you mean though and agree

And RG3 looks utterly lost. They have a QB controversy brewing that will fall along racial lines, and that new coach already looks clueless.

This is going to be so glorious to watch. Not necessarily because of the race part, but just because it's the Commanders and the media was worshipping the ground that RG3 walked on in his rookie season.
