I was pretty high on Marc Colombo, but the fact is despite his mauling style, he is just as big of a liability as Flozell Adams.

They give up way too much pressure.

This entire line gives up way too much pressure.

Its as if we dont have a single player who excels in pass protection...

I wonder how much better we would be on offense if our line could pass block.

I agree. I would rather lose Colombo over Flozell because worst case, Flozell could play RT or slide inside to guard. Colombo is a one dimensional position player who's coming back from two pretty serious injuries.

Wow. Really? Selective memory. You're only remembering the bad stuff, like Colombo when he came back from his injury. Of course he wasn't 100 percent. And I think you fail to remember Flozell pretty much shutting down his side most of the year, save probably the Broncos and Green Bay game. Don't forget Free doing an excellent job in place of Colombo.

Last year flozell adams was 7th in the league in most qb pressures allowed. 12th in qb hits. 9th in sacks...

These aren't top 10s you want your starting left tackle to be in...

We're one of the most blitzed teams in the nfl, and that has nothing to do with Tony Romo.

Agree. I want to add some key depth to the OL and they could play better but are far from "horrible".

Ravens are a run first o and we're a pass first. Hard to compare someone that run blocks mostly to another one that is in pass protect most of the time. Cowboys were 8th in passing attempts and Bal came in at 30.

Joe Flacco dropped back 549 times compared to Romo's 596. 47 times over 16 games? Less than 3 more pass attempts per game...

In a way he's right, they aren't terrible but I don't think we're winning another superbowl here until something changes with the oline play. We lost playoff games to both the Giants and Vikings almost exclusively due to poor line play.
